Pho Lucky - Reviews

My family introduced me to Pho Lucky 10 years ago. I experienced amazing customer service today, 11/06/25. Na served me and helped me right away. My food was on the table in less than a minute. She was smiling the whole time, and when I paid, she asked if everything was okay. She truly made my day. Lastly, my Pho was delicious.

My experience at Pho Lucky in Mira Mesa was fantastic! We savored the delicious Vietnamese cuisine, particularly enjoying the filet mignon pho, beef short rib pho, and the egg rolls. The ambiance was really nice, creating a pleasant dining environment. Furthermore, the staff were friendly and provided quick service. I highly recommend this restaurant!

My experience at this restaurant was pretty good. The food was good, and the prices were decent. The service was just okay. This was my second time having lunch here.

My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the food was good, receiving a score of 4, the atmosphere was disappointing with a score of 2. The main issue was the presence of cockroaches in the restroom, which is a significant concern. I saw a couple of them during my visit.

Lately, their customer service has gotten worse. Not sure if they have new employees, but they have a couple of rude male and female staff. Today’s experience was awfully negative. Management needs to provide customer service and leadership training to their staff. It’s NEVER ok to raise their tone to their customers.

My experience at this restaurant has been amazing over the past 5 years! 🤩 My family and I absolutely love the pho here. The welcoming atmosphere from the staff and the restaurant's colorful murals on the wall contribute to a wonderful dining experience. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. ☺️

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. While the spring roll was fine, the chicken noodle soup was awful. The service was also a major issue; the girl wearing hairpins was rude and should learn to smile at customers. The atmosphere was rated low, and the food quality was also rated low.

My experience at N2 was amazing! The atmosphere was incredible, and our server was super friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing and delicious. I was also impressed with the price, which was great for the amount of food provided. I highly recommend N2 for a delicious dinner.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. Despite having a few minutes left before closing, they denied restroom use to my child when it was urgent. The reason given was that they had just cleaned. This lack of basic courtesy and understanding, especially for a child in need, was unacceptable.
