Delicious Treats and Cozy Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, just as good as when I used to live nearby. The Chocolate Factory is absolutely to die for, and the Berry Dose is perfect for anyone craving a fruit smoothie flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant, enhanced by its location in the plaza.

Sour Smoothie, Nice People, Long Wait
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The smoothie was so sour that I took two drinks and threw it away. While the people were nice, it took 15 minutes to make a drink. It was also too expensive for what you get.

Rude Staff, Early Closing
I arrived at 6: 30 PM on a Monday for a smoothie before the gym, expecting to stay until the advertised closing time of 8 PM. While I was sitting and enjoying my smoothie, I was asked to leave at 6: 50 PM because they were closing early. I found this to be incredibly rude, as I believed that after purchasing an item, I should be allowed to finish it. The staff needs to improve their customer service.

Long-time fan, healthy options!
I’ve been coming here for years and love all of their options. It's great knowing exactly what’s going into the food I consume. 'Health Nut' is my guilty pleasure, but 'Midnight' is another great one if you want something with better nutrients and vitamins. I'm trying 'Ironman' right now and will keep you posted.

Disappointing Açaí Bowl Experience
As a first-time customer, I ordered an açaí bowl for pickup. It was ready when I arrived, but the experience was very disappointing. The açaí was still frozen even after a 30-minute drive home. The granola was one big clump on top, making it difficult to break apart with a spoon. Additionally, the blueberries were soft and tasted like vinegar. I will not be returning for another bowl here.

Delicious but Pricey Smoothie
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The smoothie I ordered was incredibly delicious, earning a perfect score for taste. However, the price was a significant issue. At $20 for a smoothie, which was further broken down into a $12. 99 smoothie base and $3. 50 for plant protein, it felt like an entire meal's cost. While the food itself was excellent, the price made me question whether I'd return, despite the high quality. The service and atmosphere both received perfect scores, indicating a pleasant overall dining environment and attentive staff. 🫠

The Smoothie Room: A Peaceful Self-Care Haven
I’m so excited I found The Smoothie Room! I spent the afternoon there and it was exactly what I needed, a calm, cozy escape. I curled up in their hammock with a copy of The Artist’s Way and sipped on their “Recovery” smoothie, which was delicious, refreshing, and perfect after a workout! 💪🏽. I really loved how health-conscious their menu is. Whether you’re looking to refuel after hitting the gym, need a boost before a workout, or just want something clean and nourishing, they’ve got you covered. So many great options that cater to fitness and wellness goals. The vibe is peaceful, the staff was super sweet, and everything felt so thoughtfully put together. I’ll definitely be back, it’s officially my new little self-care spot. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and recharge! 🌿📖🍓

Overpriced Smoothies, No Prices Listed
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing due to the pricing of their smoothies. They cost a steep $16. 80 a piece, and to make matters worse, the prices were not listed on the menu. I initially thought there had been a mistake and I was charged for two smoothies. Given this experience, I definitely won't be returning.

Nice Atmosphere, Poor Service and Food
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the atmosphere was very nice and inviting, that's where the positives ended. I initially discovered the company through the MOABS event and enjoyed their watermelon juice and açaí bowl sample there. However, upon visiting their store, I experienced a significant wait at the front register before anyone greeted me. I attempted to order from the kiosk, but it wasn't working. Eventually, a young lady took my order, but she lacked knowledge about the menu. To my disappointment, the watermelon juice I received did not taste fresh. Given these issues, I will likely not be returning.

Overpriced and Poor Service
I was honestly really upset with my experience. First and foremost, it was overpriced. I paid $14. 94 for a smoothie and then was asked for a tip. Secondly, the service was very slow. If you're going to serve in a busy area, you need to be ready for the clientele. I've been twice, and both times it took over 15 minutes, even when it wasn't busy. To top it off, I received a drink with spirulina all around the outside, which got all over my top, staining it. This top was $55, and instead of a refund, which I asked for, I was given a gift card. I don't think the stain will even come out. Personally, I believe you should offer to dry clean the top or provide a refund with extra compensation for the ruined item. I understand the pressure to make money, but this was not good customer service.
