Trendy Coffee Shop with Amazing Coffee
This is a must-visit coffee shop, unlike any other. The space is very on-trend, hip, and cool. I had amazing flavor coffee that I haven’t tried anywhere else! While I'm not typically one for coffee dates, if this place were at Aroom, I wouldn't mind at all.

Exceptional Service and Delicious Latte!
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive. I absolutely loved the sesame latte. The service was truly outstanding; on one occasion, the barista noticed I was given the wrong coffee and personally found me outside to correct the mistake, even running after me down the street. This level of dedication earns a 5-star service rating!

Aroom: A Favorite Coffee Shop Experience
We visited Aroom with our family and absolutely loved the experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the coffee is excellent, and the interior is very stylish and thoughtfully designed. The service truly stands out: attentive, kind, and genuinely welcoming, which makes you want to come back again. A special thank you to the team: our little son accidentally spilled his hot coffee, and they immediately made a new one for him. That level of care really touched us. Wishing you great success and continued growth in your business. We will definitely be coming back - Aroom has become one of our favorite coffee shops.

Great Aesthetic, Delicious Banana Coffee
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, centered around its wonderful aesthetic, making it a perfect spot to catch up with a friend. While they do offer some larger tables, they tend to fill up quickly, which might make it a bit challenging to work from. I personally miss their old, very minimal branding, but I do appreciate that it's consistent with their new downtown location by the Waterfront. The Banana Coffee is a standout, even for someone who doesn't typically drink coffee – it's my favorite! The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect 5-star rating.

Top Vietnamese Coffee, Ask for Less Sweet
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, especially regarding their Vietnamese coffee. I found that they can be heavy-handed with the condensed milk and ice, so I usually request less of both. However, I can't always say I receive less. Despite this minor point, this place is a top 3 Vietnamese coffee spot!

Delicious Matcha, Loud Atmosphere
I loved my gloomy matcha; the sesame flavor was delicious and it wasn't too sweet. However, I found the cafe to be really loud, with chat reverberating, making it a bit difficult to hear the person I was with.

Unique Tea Spot with Inconsistent Execution
This is easily one of the most unique, fancy tea/coffee places in Seattle. The matcha powder quality is noticeably better than what most spots use. However, the experience was marred by inconsistent execution. I ordered a simple hot matcha, and it was ruined by overheated milk, which turned the matcha bitter. The milk was also uncomfortably hot and tasted off. Additionally, the drink was unexpectedly very sweet, with no mention on the menu or inquiry about sweetness preference. When I asked for a remake, the barista didn't seem to understand the issue, suggesting a training opportunity. The remake was also problematic, with barely warm milk and less matcha powder. While the Cold Gloomy Matcha is to die for, the inconsistency in drink preparation and service is a concern. I'd be willing to return, but for now, there's a bitter aftertaste.

Delicious latte and great service!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I had a delicious black sesame latte. The team was incredibly helpful, assisting me with my virtual gift card even when they were super busy and I had forgotten my QR code. I highly recommend this place.

Innovative Matcha Flavors in Seattle
This is one of my favorite coffee and matcha shops in Seattle! I love their subtle balance of matcha intensity & sweetness and innovative flavors. This time, I ordered the Pandan Matcha latte, which was a novel beverage. If you appreciate Thai/Vietnamese cuisine and its unique flavors, you'll certainly enjoy this. It offers a great balance. To the owner: please keep bringing such great innovative beverages to this city. I support you!

Charming Vietnamese-Inspired Coffee Spot
This is a cute, small local Vietnamese inspired coffee shop run by a 26-year-old dreamer/business owner and her family and friends. She brings a dynamic menu with Vietnamese inspired flavors, with pandan being a personal favorite. While I didn't get as much pandan flavor as I would have liked in my matcha, the authentic tea flavor was crucial and met expectations. The banana matcha was perfectly sweetened and still maintained that authentic tea taste. They thankfully offer non-dairy options. Small bites are also available, though I didn't try any this time. The space can get crowded quickly due to its location in a busier area, but it's clean, the staff are friendly, and they provide fast and efficient service. The ambiance is minimalistic, modern, and contemporary, with plenty of bright light from large windows. I also appreciated the art. It's a great spot for a quick pick-me-up, a solo date, or to simply slow down and enjoy a moment.
