Domino's Pizza - Reviews

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The food was served fast but was frankly gross. It tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp at a gas station. This meal made me miss home.

My experience with the delivery service has been consistently frustrating. The delivery personnel never knock or ring the doorbell. I have repeatedly requested them to ring the doorbell, but the delivery person does not comply. Consequently, my pizza is always cold because I am unaware of its arrival time.

Today, November 17th, I attempted to order a pizza. Unfortunately, my card wouldn't go through, leaving me screwed without pizza or my order. My name is Debra Rose. This is the first time I've encountered issues ordering online. Please cancel my order.

I placed an online order for in-store pickup, and it stated it would be ready in 15 minutes. Upon arriving at Domino's 15 minutes later, I was informed it would take another 30 minutes. The online tracking also indicated it would be ready within 10 minutes. Consequently, I had to cancel my order and wasted time driving there. A heads-up about the delay would have been appreciated, hence the poor rating.

My experience was centered around the price of the pizza. I ordered two medium pizzas, and the app indicated I saved $50. However, the final bill was $100 for two medium Domino's pizzas, which I found to be excessive. Consequently, I deleted the app.

My experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered pizza, and it took an unacceptable 2 hours to arrive. When it finally got to my house, the pizza was cold. To make matters worse, the Parmesan bread bites were missing cheese; they were just plain bread. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I've never had such a horrible experience with this company. I most likely will not order pizza from them anymore.

My experience was extremely disappointing. The pizza arrived 30 minutes later than the estimated 50-minute maximum, taking a total of 1. 5 hours. It was ice cold, and I had to microwave it. The pizza was stuck to the bottom of the box, indicating it had been sitting for too long. For a medium pizza, the total cost with taxes was an unbelievable $43. When I complained, the offer was a free medium pizza, which I declined as I didn't want another horrible experience.

I placed an online order for the "any toppings for $10. 99" deal. My experience was extremely negative. First, my pizza sat in the checking order queue for an extended period. Then, the driver took 20 minutes to leave the store. To make matters worse, the order was completely wrong, despite me checking it before it was sent out. I attempted to call the store six times, but was disconnected each time. When I finally spoke to someone, there was no greeting or name given. The "MGT" stated there was nothing she could do, claiming it was the order I sent. When I asked for a number to escalate my complaint, she told me to "Google it! " This experience deserves a big zero for all categories. I will never waste my money here again.
