Amazing service when I was in a rush

Awful Airport Starbucks Experience
ATTENTION MANAGEMENT- My experience at this airport Starbucks was the worst I've ever had. I placed an order at 5: 30 am and the service was awful. They got my order wrong and did not apologize or attempt to fix it.
The machines were broken, they were turning people away, and they wouldn't help anyone. A gate agent nearby confirmed that they are terribly bad all the time.

Manager's Poor Behavior
My experience at this restaurant was marred by the apparent manager's unprofessional conduct. At 6: 00 am on October 16th, I observed what I believe was the manager discarding drinks when customers didn't respond immediately. This behavior was particularly concerning as people could have been in the restroom and returned to find their drinks gone.
The manager seemed to find this amusing, while other patrons looked on mortified.

Order completely wrong, allergy risk
My experience at the restaurant was quite negative. We ordered 2 banana breads and a soy latte, but the order was completely wrong. Due to a life-threatening dairy allergy, we specifically requested soy milk, but the barista used regular milk.
When we attempted to correct the mistake, the barista simply poured the milk latte into a different cup with ice, showing a 'tinge of attitude'. This resulted in my mother having an allergic reaction, though thankfully she didn't consume enough to make it too serious. Additionally, we did not receive our banana bread; instead, we were given pumpkin bread.

Terrible Starbucks Experience
My experience at this Starbucks was the worst I've ever had. My cold brew had about a half inch of grounds in it, and there was no apology. I then changed my request to an iced latte with oat milk, but it was so bad it went straight into the trash after just one tiny sip.

Disappointing Late-Night Service
My first visit to this airport location on May 4th was disappointing. I wanted to order a hot coffee before boarding, but even though the store stated it was open until 9: 30 pm, at 9: 11 pm, they refused to sell me one. They only offered hot tea or prepackaged items.
This was a frustrating experience as I was looking forward to a hot drink before my flight.
