Domino's Pizza - Reviews

My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive, primarily due to their outstanding customer service. There was a miscommunication on my end regarding the delivery, which resulted in my order being sent back and cancelled. However, the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind. He went above and beyond by remaking our order and delivering it back to us, along with the already made pizzas, at no extra charge. This level of service ensured my children were thrilled and had enough pizza for two days! This location has truly earned a customer for life. I am very thankful for their help with my miscommunication and lack of phone response.

My experience at this restaurant was not good. I ordered online and missed a coke. When I called the store, they never brought the coke. The service was lacking.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. The manager on shift seemed to have an issue with me from the start, especially when I asked for napkins. To make matters worse, my cheese bread arrived burnt right in front of me. When offered to keep the unburnt portion, the manager responded loudly and obnoxiously, refusing to give her name. This disrespectful behavior, coupled with being kicked out for trying to document the rudeness for the owner, made it the worst experience we've had at a Domino's. I will not be returning and will advise friends and family to stay away.

My experience at this restaurant was very negative due to the attitude of one of the staff members. The guy with the blonde fro was incredibly rude, making it seem like he didn't want to take my order. He was also visibly annoyed when I asked questions about the deals. This poor service made me not want to order anything, and I will definitely not be back.

My experience was great! The service was incredibly fast, friendly, and kind. The food was fresh and hot upon arrival.

My experience has been consistently great with every order. I've never had an issue, and the food is always good. I appreciate that there are always deals and coupons available, allowing me to get large NY-style pizzas with 5 toppings for as low as $10-$13. I'll be sure to update Google Reviews if anything changes.

My experience at the restaurant was great! Erik the manager was great and very helpful. I don’t remember the other workers name 😅, but everything came out spectacular and in a timely manner. Very pleased 😀

My experience at this restaurant was marred by incredibly rude and difficult service from an employee named Ari. Despite my patience, the interaction was baffling due to her audacity in a customer service role. I have already contacted the customer service line, sent a message to the help desk, and will be speaking with Eric about this. The recorded phone lines are being reviewed, and I have the times noted. On a positive note, the food was excellent, receiving a perfect score.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I suspect they are using inflation as an excuse for serving small size pizza and placing it in a box labeled 'medium'. For $45, I received a small pizza with 'medium' written on it, leaving my family still hungry. I will never order from here again; they seem to think people are uneducated.

The atmosphere was also a highlight, rated at a perfect 5, and the noise level was quiet, making conversation easy. While the food was good, receiving a score of 4, the standout element was undoubtedly the service.
