Delivery Nightmare, Ended Up Hungry
I ordered two pizzas for delivery. When the delivery person called, I went out to pick them up, but they were extremely far from my apartment's address. I walked around trying to find them but never saw them.
I gave the delivery person directions on where I was, and they said they would call when they were close. They never called, and my order just appeared as delivered. Later, I received a message that my order had been canceled and to call the store for more information.
I called, and they put me on hold for 10 minutes, and no one ever answered! I had to hang up and ended up going hungry.
