Rude Service Ruined the Experience
My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately dominated by terrible service. I ordered a drink and a water. The staff member made my drink and called out my name. When I politely asked if the water was coming as well, as sometimes they forget, he rudely replied, “yeah I’ll make it, I make it in order, crazy right? ” This response was unacceptable, and I'm an understanding person. He was also rude to other customers. He has a long ponytail. I will never be coming back here again.

Terrible Service, Ruined Christmas Spirit
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. I have never been treated so poorly in 35 years. The guy working the counter today was incredibly rude, completely ruining the Christmas spirit. I won't be back. They need to learn how to treat people. This happened at 8: 40 am and the employee had long hair and seemed miserable. The service was rated 1/5, atmosphere 1/5, and food 1/5.

Awesome Service and Atmosphere!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The service was awesome, provided by a clearly dedicated crew. I was impressed by how quickly they could pump out drinks, even when it was busy. The location is amazing, and I will definitely visit again.

Cool Place, Slow Service
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While it's a cool place with a great atmosphere, the service was significantly impacted by understaffing. Extremely Unprofessional and Ignorant Service
My experience at this restaurant was extremely unprofessional. I've never had to write a review as a delivery driver, but I must say, every visit is awkward. Not every customer is greeted; some are ignored, and others are just stared at as if they don’t belong there. The experience I just had topped the cake on bad service and pure ignorance. It was pouring rain outside, and I was asked numerous questions through a glass window to verify why I was there. When I confirmed my delivery order, the employee proceeded to walk away to find my order while I was being rained on. Anyone with a sense of decency would have at least let me stand by the door out of the rain so I could properly verify and confirm my order. Please do better; you are in a high-standing area delivering poor service.

Long Wait for Cold Brews
My experience at the restaurant was marked by a long wait time for our cold brews. Despite having 4 workers, they seemed behind on most orders. It appeared the staff was more focused on taking more orders and cleaning rather than fulfilling guest orders. Even at 2 PM, we waited over 10 minutes for just two iced coffees.

No Public Restroom, No Coffee Purchase
I went in to get coffee but wanted to use the restroom first and was told they don’t have one for the public. It was odd that a Starbucks wouldn’t have a public restroom, but stranger things have happened. Since I couldn’t use the bathroom, I couldn’t justify buying a coffee because coffee makes you urinate more. I asked if any other stores around had a restroom, and the girl on duty said condescendingly that a few did, but at all of them, I’d have to be a paying customer. Something about that rubbed me the wrong way, as if I was some bum who was just trying to take them for a ride. This experience fuels my desire to continue to patronize independent coffee shops and not chains.

Awful Service and Attitude
My experience here was terrible due to the customer service, which is no longer existent. The new employees are awful. I arrived to pick up my mobile order and was met with a dismissive attitude. When I inquired about my order, one employee with bleach blonde highlighted black hair simply said, “you can ask them up there what’s wrong. ” I then waited in line, only to have another employee yell at me, “maam the whole machine is broken! I don’t know what else to say. ” I hadn't even explained my issue beyond showing my cup and asking for an alternative roast. This employee then proceeded to whisper about me to another staff member, both giving me side-eye by the creamer station. It was embarrassing and rude. Starbucks should not have staff with such an attitude working with the public. I wish the former, polite, and friendly employees were still here.
