Del Taco - Reviews

My co-worker ordered two layered burritos, one drink, one fry, and a Del Dorado Burrito via Grubhub. Upon arrival, we discovered the Del Dorado Burrito was missing. When we called this location, the worker argued that she had packed it, claiming she checked with the manager, which she hadn't. We then spoke with manager Amaya, who also insisted she packed the burrito herself, even though the other worker stated she did. Amaya suggested the Grubhub driver might have taken it, despite us explaining we had just opened the seal. She continued to argue, becoming angry, so we had to hang up. This is the second time something has gone wrong; about a month or two ago, there was a bone in my burrito. I hope Del Taco finds better workers and a much better manager. There was absolutely no customer service. I would give this location a 0 if possible. Terrible!

My experience at this Dunkin' Donuts has been consistently great. I visit both in the morning and at night, and each time, the crews are always friendly, providing timely service with a smile. The food and atmosphere are both rated a perfect 5, and the service also receives a 5-star rating.

However, when ordering the chip and Queso, I was disappointed by the small portion of chips provided. I suspect this is a cost-saving measure. The atmosphere was also enjoyable, rated at 4 out of 5, and the noise level was quiet, making it easy to converse.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The person taking my order didn't understand it, and despite politely asking for a single combo, I received food that was adulterated with massive amounts of salt and pepper. This seemed to be a combination of the server's misunderstanding and the prep guy's apparent lack of care, as if they were just 'having fun'. I'm planning to return tomorrow to see if the manager will be as happy as they were when I request a $26 bill. This felt like a purely evil act.

I have been a loyal customer, almost visiting every night for my Strawberry Sprite. However, for the second consecutive day, they were out of sprite. When I mentioned my previous excellent review and that the owner had responded, the lady preparing the food told me, "That's NOT the owner you're talking to! " This interaction, along with the unhelpful cashier with a nose ring that resembled a bull, has left me very disappointed. I've been coming here for years and will likely drive further to another location. 😣

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! With Gvanni running things, they can’t go wrong. The food was freshly cooked and served fast. The customer service was even better than at big restaurants. They efficiently fixed something for me, which is why they truly deserve a five-star rating!

My experience at Del Taco was excellent. The staff were all really nice, and the service was quick, especially through the drive-through. I've never had an issue with my order being wrong. Thank you, Del Taco!

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. After receiving my food, I walked to my vehicle and took a bite of my burrito. To my surprise, both the burrito and fries were cold! This experience made me question the quality, as I could have cooked better food myself. The food was not good at all. I wish I had seen the reviews beforehand. 😡🤮

My experience at this restaurant was consistently positive. The food is always good for a fast food spot, and the establishment is very clean. As a student in the area, I've found the people who work there to be really nice and in a great mood!
