Cold Food and Poor Service
I visited the restaurant a couple of weeks ago for a SpongeBob meal, and unfortunately, the food was cold and nasty. I complained to the manager, who said he would remake it. I returned today, hoping for a better experience, but the food was the same. Additionally, they were out of pies and didn't offer a substitute. I won't be going back.

Frustrating drive-thru wait
My experience at the restaurant involved a long wait in the drive-thru. There were only two cars ahead of me, but I sat there for at least five minutes. The person in the first car was trying to get someone's attention to place their order, but no one responded. They eventually had to pull up to the window and honk their horn.

Terrible Food Presentation, Won't Return
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing, primarily due to the terrible food presentation. I paid $15 for a sandwich meal that looked nothing like the advertised picture. Management really needs to step up their game. I won't be going back!

Brilliant Service from Will!
My experience at Burger King was fantastic, largely due to the amazing service. The staff member named Will, who took our order, was absolutely brilliant. He handled our orders with both efficiency and kindness. I believe he deserves a management position if he isn't already in one. Way to go, Burger King!

Great Service and Fresh Food!
When visiting Burger King, it's essential to ask for your food to be freshly cooked to ensure it's hot. While fast-food restaurants may not always offer great customer service, my experiences at the locations on Clark and Madison were exceptional. I was taken care of by awesome people, including Skyler at the front desk and Ryan, who cooked my food. They were both very respectful and in a great mood, which is a rare find these days. These two locations have never given me a problem, and the food is always good, provided you ask for it fresh. The extra added customer service is something you can't find anywhere else, and I highly value that. I recommend showing them some love and spending your money there because they truly know what they're doing. Don't forget to ask for extra napkins – they've always got you covered!

Waste of Money, Cheating Customers
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I ordered a wrap, and to my surprise, the chicken tender was cut in half. This is something I often encounter at the steelyard, and it feels like a complete waste of money. I believe the restaurant is cheating the customers.

Inconsistent Service, Good Food
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the food, particularly the Classic Wrap, Spicy Wrap, and Honey Mustard Wrap, was rated a 4 out of 5, the service was a significant letdown, scoring only a 2. The restaurant is often closed, and when it is open, there can be a considerable wait time for food. To make matters worse, orders frequently arrive with missing items. Standing in the drive-thru only to discover something is missing is a frustrating experience.

Fresh Fries and Friendly Staff
My experience at this restaurant was surprisingly good, even though I don't typically frequent fast-food establishments. The fries were exceptionally fresh and excellent. I also found the staff to be very friendly and positive. It was a good stop.

Fresh Food, No Issues!
My daughter and I had a great experience here. The food is made fresh, and it's a relief that it doesn't cause us any digestive issues, unlike other fast-food restaurants. We highly recommend this place! 10/10.
