Disappointing Food Quality
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing, primarily due to the poor quality food. The wonton noodles were nasty; the soup was overly salty, and the noodles themselves were overcooked. Even the coffee was essentially pure sugar water.
Given such subpar food quality, I seriously question how this establishment can survive in San Diego.

Authentic Chinese Food with Great Value
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! It's a great place for authentic Chinese food. The service is fast and the food is great.
The prices are great, with items around $20 that can feed two people, making the portions generous. They even have a secret menu if you understand Cantonese. Highly recommended.

Chicken with Broccoli Not White Meat
My experience at this restaurant was centered around the chicken with broccoli. Normally, in Chinese restaurants, this dish is made with chicken breast. However, in this restaurant, it was not made with white meat only, which was a disappointing aspect of the food quality.

Consistent Takeout Experience
We occasionally dine here. Most of the time, we order online and pick up for an eat-at-home experience. Our experience has been consistently good, with the food rating a solid 4.
The parking is plentiful, and the atmosphere is also rated a 4. The price per person for dinner is between $30–50.

Mixed Experience with Portions and Flavor
I've visited this restaurant a few times for takeout. The portion of the beef noodles was quite large, but it contained too many noodles and not enough beef. I also tried the roasted duck and oil chicken with rice.
While the duck had a good flavor, the oil chicken was rather bland. I found it to be slightly expensive for the amount of meat received. They do offer combo meals, which looked appealing.
The place seems busy, likely due to its location within the same building as 99 Ranch.

Good Portions, Mixed Food Quality
My experience ordering lunch from this Chinese spot via Uber Eats was largely positive, especially regarding the packaging. I appreciated how they kept the wonton noodle soup separate from the broth, ensuring nothing got soggy. The soup itself was quite good: delivered hot, with a flavorful broth, tasty wontons, and a generous amount of noodles and bok choy.
The portion was huge, definitely more than I could finish, making it very filling. I also tried the spicy calamari fries. While the portion was also large, the calamari was quite chewy and lacked seasoning.
A little more spice and flavor would have made a significant difference. Overall, it was a decent meal with great portion sizes, though not particularly outstanding.

Disappointing Experience, Overpriced and Mediocre
The posted hours state that the restaurant opens at 9: 00 AM, but more often than not, they are not ready and the doors remain locked. Today, I was fortunate enough to find them open on time, so I decided to give them another try. After placing my order, there was no one available to process my payment, and another customer was already waiting ahead of me.
After approximately 5 minutes of waiting, I decided to leave. I do not recommend wasting your time at this establishment; it's overpriced and mediocre at best.

Roaches Found, Walked Out Immediately
My first visit to this restaurant was a deeply unpleasant experience. As I was about to pay for my order, I witnessed 2 roaches climbing up the wall. This sighting was so disturbing that I immediately refused the food and walked out.
I felt like throwing up after seeing them and am glad I didn't consume anything. I will be filing a complaint with the health department. It was not good.

Disappointing Chinese Takeout Experience
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I expected fresh, hot food to go at 10 am, but the chow mein was subpar and the eggplant was overcooked. The charsui pork lacked flavor and authenticity, leading to a feeling of very sloppy Chinese cooking.
