Extremely Rude Service Encounter
My experience at this restaurant was marred by extremely rude service. While I was on the phone, the cashier spoke to me disrespectfully, telling me not to be on speaker. This interaction made for a very unpleasant experience.

Outstanding Food and Service at Fratelli's!
My experience at Fratelli's in downtown Orlando was absolutely outstanding. Every dish we ordered was packed with flavor. The Fra Diavolo had the perfect kick, the Baked Ziti was rich and comforting, and the Penne with Bolognese (with added grilled chicken) was phenomenal.
We also had a tomato, mozzarella, and basil salad, and it was incredibly fresh — the kind of simple dish that reminds you how good real ingredients can be. And I can’t forget the warm bread they served; you can tell it’s made fresh daily. The service was truly top-notch.
Our server was attentive, fast, and friendly. Everything came out quickly, and the overall experience was solidly a 10/10. Fratelli’s just earned a spot on my list of Orlando favorites.
Highly recommended.

A Special Family Establishment
If you're looking for an authentic taste of the old country in Orlando, you might be disappointed. However, Fratelli's is a family establishment that they can proudly put their name on due to its consistent quality. Every dish I ordered was under $10, and while it's the same four-cheese tortellini you can find elsewhere, they wisely price it accordingly.
The pizza is comparable to other small pies I've had. What truly stood out was seeing the people behind the counter laughing and enjoying their time at work – a rare sight in the service industry these days. They even tried to recommend better dishes when they learned I was from Jersey.
Fratelli's is a very special place, and if you can overlook the tacky Godfather music, you'll likely grow to love it. I'm very glad I had the chance to visit.

Great Food, Dad Approved!
My experience at this restaurant was wonderful. The food was really good, and it was not expensive. My Italian dad loves it when we go Downtown for his cancer treatments ❤️.

Disgusting Bugs Found in Drink
I had a very disturbing experience at Fratelli’s during a recent lunch visit. I ordered a slice of pizza and a glass of sweet tea. About halfway through my drink, I discovered two bugs submerged at the bottom of the cup.
This is not only disgusting — it’s a serious health concern. If the tea containers or equipment aren’t being properly cleaned, it raises real questions about what other areas of the restaurant are being neglected. Food safety and cleanliness should always be a priority, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
Definitely not what I expected from a downtown Orlando establishment.

Delicious Slice, Welcoming Atmosphere!
I initially intended to try just one slice, but it was so good that I ended up ordering a second! The atmosphere is really nice, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The sweet tea was particularly reminiscent of home in Houston, Texas.
This is definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

Best Pizza Outside NJ/NY!
As someone from NJ, I take pizza very seriously, and this place is hands down the best place I've encountered outside the NJ/NY area. I've tried their Ziti, Lasagna, Chicken Marsala, and Eggplant Parm, and they were all amazing and filling. Initially, I preferred plain pizza because their pie doesn't need extras, but I now enjoy adding mushrooms, red onion, or eggplant.
The lunch line is worth the wait; I experienced it during jury duty in April and wasn't surprised by the queue, though it wasn't long.

Amazing Food, Incredible Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food was excellent, and the service was truly outstanding, especially considering the staff was working incredibly hard by themselves. It's a typical American hard-working establishment that I highly recommend stopping by for some pizza.
It's sure to put a smile on your face.

Consistently Good Italian Delivery
We ordered for delivery to the office. We typically get food from Fratelli's twice a year for the small team, and have delivered. We occasionally walk over for lunch when able.
The Italian food, pizza, salads, and calzone are good. The warm chicken salad is one of my personal favorite dishes. Delivery has always been prompt and courteous.
