Disgusting Experience with Hair in Food
My experience at this restaurant was utterly disgusting. From the moment I walked in, the lady at the counter, who I later learned is named ANUBIS, barely acknowledged me. She's Spanish and doesn't speak any English, which immediately made me feel uneasy.
I ordered two sandwiches: one gourmet meal with my sandwich and a small sandwich with a side of fries. Due to the language barrier, she seemed to put in whatever she wanted, which I initially let slide. Then, my order was missing the extra fries.
After I received them, I got home and discovered a long piece of hair in one sandwich, and another in the second sandwich. It felt as if the hair was just placed there. My money was wasted, and my appetite was completely ruined.
If I didn't live so far away, I would have returned immediately for a refund. Her nasty attitude and the inability to communicate in English are unacceptable. I'm confused about how someone who can't speak English at all is hired, especially without any consideration for cultural understanding.

I came in to order a sandwich at 1: 30 PM. There was only one employee in the store doing everything. It took about 30 minutes to take my order and another 20 minutes for my food to be ready.
I’m not blaming the employee because she was the only one taking orders and cooking. This is unacceptable for an establishment like this to treat their customers like this during rush hour.
