Drink Issue Resolved Quickly
My experience at the restaurant involved an initial issue with my drink order. However, the service was prompt in correcting it, and I was able to get the right drink this time. The food received a moderate rating.

Confusing Hours, Better Coffee Nearby
My experience was marked by confusion regarding the restaurant's hours. While it opens at 4 AM, this does not apply to the café, and walk-ins are not welcome until 5: 30 AM. The drive-thru is the only option before that.
To make matters worse, the employees I spoke with the night before were not familiar with the actual store hours. I found a much better experience just a couple of doors down at Better Buzz Coffee, which fully opens at 4 AM and is awesome!

Disappointing Matcha and Messy Drink
My experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a tall matcha, but it was LIGHT green, almost white, and not even filled to the standard amount. Given its already small size, this was frustrating.
The drink tasted overwhelmingly of milk with no discernible matcha flavor. To make matters worse, the lid and cup were covered in the drink, making it a messy and disgusting experience.

Wrong Drink, Still Coffee Taste
My experience was disappointing due to a mix-up with my order. I ordered a cookie crumb Frappuccino, but was initially given a Carmel Frappuccino. After taking a sip, I noticed the taste was off and realized it wasn't what I ordered.
I returned to the counter, and the staff member asked if I wanted it with or without coffee. I requested it without coffee, but upon receiving the new drink, I could still taste coffee, which I dislike. This was a frustrating experience as the core issue of coffee presence remained unresolved.

Excellent Service and Resolution
My experience at this Starbucks location was excellent. When I explained my problem to the manager, they solved it patiently and even gave me a discount. It was the best place I've been to.
Thank you very much!

Great Starbucks, Sign Issue
My experience at this Starbucks was overwhelmingly positive. I was always there extremely early, and every staff member I encountered was incredibly nice and friendly. The atmosphere and service were top-notch, contributing to a great start to my day.
My only suggestion for improvement is regarding the exterior signage; they don’t light up their sign, which caused me to drive past a few times in the dark and miss my turn. This might be due to an ordinance, but it's a point of feedback.

Long Wait, Ignored Service
My experience involved an 11-minute wait for a non-toasted croissant and two cake pops, despite the restaurant being empty at 5 pm on a Saturday. I attempted to get the attention of the staff through the window but was completely ignored. While I understand potential understaffing, I observed three employees wandering around aimlessly.

Closed During Stated Hours
I visited this restaurant on Tuesday, 11/26/24. There was no indication on Google that the restaurant might be temporarily closed. Upon arrival, I saw a sign stating it was closed from 4 am to 2 pm, but it was already 3: 20 pm, and the establishment remained closed.
