My experience at the restaurant involved trying to use a gift card, which unfortunately didn't work on two separate occasions. The associate assisting me mentioned that it was likely a system issue and that they would speak to their manager. Despite this, I was given my food and told to have a nice day. The associate also shared that another customer had experienced the same problem with a card that had funds on it. It would have been more helpful if someone had taken the time to figure out the problem and assist me in resolving it, rather than just sending me on my way. The food itself was good, but the service issues related to the gift card significantly impacted my overall experience.

My first time trying this place was a great experience! The fried chicken was incredibly crunchy, and the sauce was top tier. 😋

As others have commented, I used to come here all the time but the quality fell off recently. I came a month ago and was disappointed. I tried again tonight to see if they solved their problems, and it’s declined even further. Not worth your money.

The pork I ordered was burnt. While the chicken was only a little black, the main issue was its taste, which suggested it was cooked on or in dirty appliances with old grease. Honestly, the food tasted like the smell of a firepit. It was a significant disappointment, especially considering the price.

Although I wish there was a location closer to me, it's definitely worth coming to being on this side of town! The service, atmosphere, and food were all exceptional, each receiving a perfect score.

I ordered for takeout and cannot describe the dine-in experience. The food was good. I had the cup bop and soul wings. I would try again.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I was at the hospital all day and starving, and I forgot to take a picture, but I got the beef and rock and the 7. 5 Korean way spice level. It was absolutely delicious! The food was amazing and their service was exceptional!
