Horrible Manager, Delicious Food
I dined in today and received really really horrible customer service from one of the managers at Jack in The Box, location 1636 Euclid Ave, San Diego, CA 92105. The manager, an African American older lady, was rude and had a bad attitude. She kicked me off the premises for no reason, other than me having my belongings with me, including a shopping cart and recyclables, as I am currently homeless and recycling.
After I finished my very delicious meal, I went to throw away my trash. The manager approached me with a mean/frustrated look, without any warning. I was already gathering my things to leave.
She provided the worse customer service I have ever seen, despite me being a paying customer who just ordered a full meal. I will be contacting corporate about this location and want legal action taken against this location at 1636 Euclid Ave, San Diego, CA 92105.

Nostalgic Wish for Jack in the Box
I used to watch Jack in the Box on television 📺 in the mid-1970s, seeing Rodney Allen Rippy 🍔 eating his hamburger! I wish that the Northeast Coast could get some Jack in the Box fast food restaurants 🍔🍔.

Disappointing Cold Tacos and Closure
My experience at Jack in the Box was quite disappointing. I waited 30 minutes for cold monster tacos at the location by Blanco and 410 in San Antonio. To make matters worse, the tacos were broken into pieces, and it wasn't even busy.
Earlier, I tried to visit the San Pedro location at 9: 45 PM, but they were closed. It's understandable why Jack in the Box might not be doing well; nobody wants to pay for garbage food and bad service.

Dissatisfied with Service, Cleanliness
I have been going to the Irving location in Tx for years, but my last two experiences have not been good. I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service of the staff. The representative at the front register charged me for two jumbo jacks burgers when I wanted two breakfast jacks and two tacos.
She didn’t understand that I wanted breakfast jacks, and I had to show her a picture. Upon checking the receipt, I saw she had charged me for the jumbo jacks. When I told her my order was wrong, she said she would refund the money to my card and charge me again for the correct order, but she didn’t know how to do that procedure.
She asked the manager, who told her to just give me the difference in cash, but she didn’t do that either. This is the Irving, Tx location on Irving Blvd. The restaurant was not clean either.

Bad Service and Wrong Order
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The door was still closed when I arrived, and I didn't like the service. The person who took my order got it wrong.
This is a place where I received bad service.

Gift Card Purchase Frustration
I visited two different Jack in the Box locations in separate cities, and unfortunately, I was unable to purchase a gift card using my ATM card. I was told that cash was the only accepted payment method. In today's world, it's inconvenient to carry large amounts of cash, so I was unable to get a gift card as a present.
I contacted Jack in the Box customer service, and they expressed regret for my frustration, stating they have no control over individual store policies. It seems like Jack in the Box might be losing potential revenue from customers like me who are trying to buy gift cards.

Concerns about cleanliness and food prep
I visited your 17th Street location late afternoon on Thursday. I am really concerned about the cleanliness of your facility, specifically the restaurant food prep area. I looked around because there was a harsh scent in the lobby.
The floor in the food prep area was dirty, and the prep table for fries/curly fries wasn’t protected. The cash register area was dusty and greasy. It was concerning that the gal who took money also handled food.
I wish I had taken pictures. I had a smash burger with tons of pickles.

Deceptive Closure and Unresolved Rewards
Jack in the Box made the decision to close the only store in my area at the end of August without any warning. I have reached out to them several times since then, as this closure was made without notice to the local community. It was extremely deceptive of Jack in the Box to not provide any warning, preventing customers from using their saved rewards points.
Even more deceptive was their continued allowance of customers to earn rewards points, knowing well in advance that the location would close and points would become unredeemable. While many of my initial communications were ignored, I am currently in communication with them, and it's clear Jack in the Box does not feel responsible for compensating anyone for the issues caused by the closure of the Big Bear Lake location. They believe that since the points are still valid at other locations, they can still be used.
However, traveling to the nearest Jack in the Box now requires over an hour's drive. There are other fast-food restaurants available locally, and even if I were near another Jack in the Box within the next six months before the points expire, there would be better options. This situation could have been avoided with better transparency from Jack in the Box, either by allowing customers to redeem points before the closure or by informing them so they could dine elsewhere.
It is extremely disappointing that Jack in the Box shows no respect for their customers and chose to treat them this way.

Terrible Experience at Jack-in-the-Box
I had a very bad experience at the Jack-in-the-Box in Riverside off Arlington. The store manager treated me very badly. My food was nasty.
She was arguing with a customer. When I asked for the corporate number or the store manager, they were rude and screaming at a customer. It was a very bad experience with Jack-in-the-Box.
I don’t recommend it to anyone else. They have nasty food.

Delicious Food, Horrific Cleanliness
My experience at this restaurant was a stark contrast between delicious food and an utterly filthy environment. While the food itself was honestly delicious, the restaurant was in a state of disarray. The bathrooms were particularly appalling, with flies buzzing everywhere, landing on food and people.
I also observed spiders and webs in the corners. The condiment stations were unstocked, and employees seemed more interested in talking and laughing than attending to customers. They were rude when taking orders and when I requested basic necessities like condiments and lids.
The bathroom situation was unsanitary, with pubic hair on the toilet seat, a dirty toilet, urine-covered urinal, and a moldy, filthy sink. The floor was slippery and littered with debris. We couldn't even use the bathroom, and the other was locked.
The lack of trays due to them being dirty, while staff stood around, highlighted a significant issue with laziness. I felt it was important to inform the corporate office about this experience.
