My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. I placed an order over the phone with a lovely guy who was very accommodating of all my extra requests, like tartar sauce. When I arrived to pick up my order, my fries were still being made, and the staff happily informed me they were fresh. The woman preparing the fries was particularly nice and sweet, even adding extra sauce. I will definitely be returning for in-person orders, either over the phone or dining in, and will avoid delivery apps.

I've visited this restaurant twice and both times they were out of ahi tuna for the day. I frequently dine at other locations because I love the restaurant, and they have never been out of anything. This seems like a case of bad management.

I recently visited the Fort Apache location of California Fish Grill and was surprised by the less-than-friendly service. Since it had been a while since my last visit, I wasn't familiar with the menu, so I asked the cashier about their specials. Instead of offering a helpful response, she rudely pointed to the menu and told me to look up. The tone and attitude caught me off guard and honestly left a bad impression. On a positive note, I’ve had much better experiences at their Rainbow location, where the staff was welcoming and attentive. It’s unfortunate that the service here at the Fort Apache location doesn’t seem to match the same level of friendliness.

My experience at this restaurant has been disappointing. The prices are increasing while the quality and service are decreasing. The Taco Tuesday deal is no longer a deal, with a relatively small taco for $4 and brown cilantro on it, which is not very desirable.

We've been frequent visitors to this restaurant, but our last two experiences have been disappointing. The fish has tasted very fishy and was not good. While my husband's dish was replaced and was okay, it's evident that the food quality is no longer meeting our standards. I mentioned this to a polite employee, but he seemed indifferent. It's a shame because the food used to be very, very good.
