My experience at Meraki has been consistently positive for work functions. The food is always delicious, fresh, and traditional. You truly can't go wrong with any plate from Meraki. I highly recommend their Baklava and Baklava Ice cream – they are absolutely to die for! Overall, a 10/10 experience.

However, the service was a significant letdown, particularly from an employee named April. Despite being told orders would be ready in 10-15 minutes, there were consistent delays of 10+ minutes even after waiting 20 minutes. When inquiring about the order status, April displayed a consistently rude and unhelpful attitude. On a positive note, Eduardo provided excellent, communicative, and helpful service. Due to the poor service from April, I will not be returning to this location, despite the high quality of the food.
