This Panera cafe is the absolute perfect spot for lunch or dinner, and it's great for sitting and working or hanging out with friends. The service is quick and accurate, with my food being absolutely delicious and made exactly to my specifications. The price point is affordable compared to other restaurants offering a similar dine-in experience. I have nothing short of praise for Panera and their expansive, endlessly customizable menu. I highly recommend this location in particular for the cozy environment.

My experience at this Panera was exceptional. The staff was the nicest I've encountered at any Panera location. They also seemed to work hard, contributing to the restaurant being cleaner than usual.

My experience at the Boca Park location was surprisingly disappointing. I initially ordered a vegetarian salad, but it arrived covered in chicken. When I contacted them, I was asked to return for a replacement. Upon my return, after a 20-minute wait, they admitted they hadn't started my order. When I finally received the salad, it was carelessly assembled and lacked cheese, again incorrect. I spoke with the manager, who refused to issue a credit, stating, "You have to take it like it is. I can get you a container of cheese to put on it. I’m not doing anything for you. " I only wanted a properly made order and some courtesy, hoping for a better experience with different staff or at another location. I hope management addresses this poor customer service.

I don’t know what has happened to this Panera. We waited almost 30 minutes for part of our order, which we never received. The management was poor, and the communication was lacking. The food was not good, and the place was dirty. It’s such a shame because this location used to be so good.

My experience at this Panera Bread was largely unpleasant, despite the food being great. The primary issue was the service. Nobody called out our name when our order was ready, and we had to go up and ask for our drinks. To make matters worse, the drinks themselves were subpar and frankly, gross. One cashier even rolled her eyes when we requested our cups. While I can't fault every employee, the overall experience was quite unpleasant.

My experience at the Panera Bread at Boca Park was truly outstanding, primarily due to the friendliest and most professional staff I've encountered at any eatery. They are top-notch, and I hope they are compensated well. The atmosphere and service created a wonderful combination of chillax and prim and proper. This location is consistently clean, and the staff are incredibly attentive, proactively clearing dirty dishes and ensuring all needs are met for a great experience. I'd give more than 5 stars if possible. It's a welcoming space for board game tournaments, business meetings, and lunch breaks, accommodating everyone. I wholeheartedly recommend this Panera Bread location; it's wonderful and I will definitely be back repeatedly. Thank you for all your awesomeness! 🙏

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to discrepancies between the prices listed on the menu board and the actual charges. When I inquired about the overcharging, the employees were unhelpful and just shrugged. Consequently, I did not eat here as they overcharge.

I used to go to a different location and it was very dirty, with sticky tables and debris on the floors. I decided to switch locations, but unfortunately, it was no different. I will not be coming here again.

I ordered a salad online and was very disappointed with the quality. Two-thirds of my salad consisted of stems or veins of the romaine lettuce. I attempted to call the Boca Park location three times without success. I would like to be reimbursed for my $14. 08. Additionally, my bread was not in a separate bag as I'm accustomed to when ordering from Panera; instead, it was placed directly in the bag with the salad, unwrapped.

My experience at Panera was disappointing and horrible. The bread was hard, and the staff didn't know the menu. The bathrooms were dirty. I will never eat at Panera again.
