Dori's is the Best!
My experience at Dori's was fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the place is always clean. They consistently have my favorite apple fritter and orange ready, which is a testament to their great food and attentive service.

Dunkin' Service and Food Quality Declining
I come to this Dunkin' a lot. Over the past year, the service and food quality have continued to diminish. In the past two weeks, they have messed up my order 4 times.
If I say no egg, there's going to be an egg. If I say butter on the side, they're going to slap all the oil and butter on my croissant. It might be time to switch to another Dunkin'.

Awful Experience, Never Again
My experience at this Dunkin' Donuts was incredibly negative. I've been a loyal customer for over ten years, visiting many good stores, but this one was an exception. The service was so bad.
They have a restroom, which is understandable, but it's not open to customers. I was in a hurry and asked to use the bathroom as a favor, speaking to the front desk, supervisor, and possibly their manager, but they refused. It was a terrible experience.
Furthermore, they wouldn't even honor the discount my app offered. I will never visit this store again and might even quit the app because of this.

No Seating Available Early Morning
My experience was that there is no seating available if you're looking for a place to wait early in the morning, like at 6 AM when everything else is closed. It's strictly a grab and go establishment. The photos are misleading; the chairs are put up indefinitely, as I was informed when I asked.

Unacceptable Restroom Policy
My experience was extremely negative. It felt like COVID all over again due to the lack of seating, with all the chairs tied up. The most frustrating part was being denied access to the restrooms, even while making a purchase.
The staff member was guarding the restrooms, which is unacceptable. I will be reporting this to corporate because the lady would not let us use the restroom. As a result, no purchase was made, and I will take my business elsewhere.
You, whoever is in charge, will definitely hear from corporate about this, especially with someone standing guard.

Terrible Service, Uncaring Staff
My experience at the restaurant was extremely negative. The staff rudely asked us to leave after we had made a purchase. They were completely indifferent to the fact that my wife has health issues, specifically low blood sugar.
We informed them that the purchase was to help her feel better, but they did not care and insisted we leave. This was our first and last visit!

Great Food, Awkward Seating
Everything was great! But it was inexplicable. There are no chairs to sit on, and there's no satisfaction offered to the consumer about this.
Whatever you order, you either have to consume it standing up or take it to go. The chairs are unavailable, even though there's space for them near the counter and the pickup area.

Friendly Service, Burnt Food
As an RTA bus driver, DD is my usual go-to, though I didn't realize this location existed until now (I typically visit the one in Tower City). I can't rate the atmosphere because there's no seating available. The service was EXTREMELY friendly; so much so that it made me want to do a cartwheel, and I'm over 50!
😆 However, upon opening my food, I discovered it was so burnt it felt like biting into a black fossil. I tried to salvage my breakfast by eating around the charred remains, but ultimately had to declare it garbage.
