Authentic Jamaican Food Delights!
It's been years since I've had good, authentic Jamaican food, and this place did not disappoint. The waitress was extremely personable, and the staff were respectful. The portion sizes made me feel like I was eating my Nana's food again.

Amazing Caribbean Gem!
In town for the weekend, I discovered this incredible restaurant that Oregon doesn't have. The food was 🔥🔥! A big shout-out to the culture and the cook. The food at Red Lounge was freaking amazing. I wish we had found this hidden gem on our first night. This is a must-visit.

Authentic Jamaican Flavors Highly Recommended!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the best Jamaican food I've tasted outside of Miami. The curry goat, rice and peas, salad, plantains, and Jamaican patty were all incredibly delicious. I'm already planning my next visit to try the curry chicken, which I'm sure will be equally good. Highly recommended!

Great Food, Minor Issues
My experience at the restaurant was largely positive, with great food being the highlight. I especially loved the beef patty, coco bread, and the seasoning on the meats. The cocktail was also tasty. However, the restaurant was out of ackee, so I couldn't try the saltfish. I also realized they forgot our fried plantains order, but I was already full by then, so it was okay. The atmosphere was rated a 4, and the food a 5, while service received a 3.

Disappointed by Closure on Lunch Break
I stopped by here on my break because I am working in the city. I didn't realize how difficult it is to find a Jamaican restaurant in Seattle or the surrounding area so I was excited that I finally found one that had simple Jamaican food like curry goat and oxtail. Unfortunately, when I showed up at 1: 03 p. M. The restaurant was closed. I am so bummed because I get a very short lunch break and I don't come into the city all that often and I was looking forward to some good Jamaican food.

Amazing Food and Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The jerk shrimp and the shrimp curry, along with the rice, were absolutely incredible. It was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The people were nice, and I will definitely go again! Yum!

Great Food, Service Can Be Slow
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, primarily due to the food. The food is consistently great, with generous and consistent presentation and portion sizes. While the service can be slow at times, it is friendly. The atmosphere was also a highlight, rated a 5 out of 5.

Fantastic Caribbean Food, Slow Service
My family is from Antigua, so finding good Caribbean food in Seattle is a challenge! We arrived and had to wait a bit to be seated as there was no hostess, even though the restaurant was empty except for a few people at the bar. We ordered curry goat, jerk chicken, and plantains around 7 pm. Unfortunately, they were out of carrot juice and coco bread, which was a bummer. The food arrived pretty fast, and the curry goat was fantastic, truly bringing me back. The jerk chicken was also good, though one drumstick was dry, the other was moist, and the seasoning was good. I'm giving 4 stars because the service was extremely slow. Although the waitress was super nice, it seemed they were socializing with regulars, and we had to physically get up to ask for the check after waiting and trying to flag her down for almost 15 minutes. The ambiance was okay; the lights were super bright, and the decorations were messy, featuring Asian country flags but not even an Antiguan flag. I still tipped the waitress despite the poor service, but if it happens again, the staff won't receive a tip. I'm giving 4 stars because Caribbean customer service is often not great, so I wasn't surprised, but this place deserves to improve by meeting American customer service standards. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good Caribbean food!

Great Food and Service!
My experience at the restaurant was great. I enjoyed a delicious beef patty, oxtails with rice and peas, and a couple of rum punch’s. Everything was fantastic, and the young lady that served me was really nice. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town.
