My experience at this restaurant was truly excellent. Located right by the beach, it offers a cute outdoor seating area. The service and food were both outstanding. I ordered the cheese enchiladas, which tasted just like the ones I had as a kid at a restaurant that no longer exists, evoking a very nostalgic feeling. If you're looking for traditional Mexican food, I would definitely recommend stopping in!

My experience at MARCY'S Taco Shop was fantastic! It's located near Ventura Cove and is truly the best taco shop. I've tried others nearby that claim to be the best, but Marcy's is superior from my experience. The food is so good; the meat is incredibly tender, and everything else is exactly what you'd hope for. I always get the regular tacos with guac and pico. It's consistently a 10/10! 🤤

My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. I ordered the roll tacos, and they tasted like they had been sitting out for two days, which was terrible. The price was also bad, and I would recommend going down to PB for real Mexican food.

My experience at this Mexican eatery by the beach was a must-try. The food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the Fish Burrito, which was excellent.

As a first-time visitor to San Diego, I decided to check out this taco shop, and it absolutely did not disappoint! Marcy was incredibly friendly and helpful while taking my family's order. The food was absolutely amazing! She was impressively handling both taking orders and cooking the food, solo! All the ingredients tasted fresh and evoked a nostalgic feeling of being back at my abuela's house growing up. The establishment was clean, the customer service was great, and it served some of the best damn Mexican food I've had! I highly recommend checking out this gem if you're in San Diego!

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. I found it to be the best burrito shop on Mission Beach. The carne asada burrito and hot sauce were consistently excellent. The food was great, and the service was fast, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. It's definitely my go-to place when I visit. (PSA: Stay away from Sara’s Mexican food. Had a lot of bad experiences waiting for food and service)

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The food quality was absolutely poor. I purchased the beef burrito and steak quesadilla, and they made me sick! The price was outrageous, and it seems like they overprice their food while the quality is garbage. I've tried everything on Mission Beach, and this place stands out for all the wrong reasons.

My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. I found their tacos to be decent and reasonably priced for San Diego. However, I decided to try their Mexican fish and chips, which seemed to be made with frozen fish and chips. While acceptable for $10. 99, the real highlight was the "tartar sauce, " which was essentially mayo topped with lemon pepper seasoning. The service received a rating of 3, atmosphere a 4, and food a 4.

Our family had a wonderful experience here! We all ordered the Birria Ramen and it was super delicious 😋. The kids, mom, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. You have the option to eat inside or outside, but be aware that seat availability is limited. The Birria was a highly recommended dish, and it definitely lived up to expectations. The restaurant is also kid-friendly. Parking is available in a free parking lot right across the street from Belmont park, though finding a spot can be somewhat difficult. For wheelchair accessibility, it might be difficult to get in and out. We visited for lunch, and the price per person was between $10–20. The atmosphere, service, and food all received a perfect 5/5 rating.

My experience at this Mexican restaurant was average. The food was decent, but the portion size was surprisingly small, especially for a Mexican establishment. I was particularly surprised by the nearly $20 Camarones served on such a small plate.
