Great for Breakfast, But Prices Need Review
This place is great for coffee and pastries, as well as breakfast meals. However, I have to ask, what's going on with the prices? Please consider lowering them and being more considerate of your customers!
Overall, I recommend it, but I do ask that you consider and lower the prices. Thank you.

Friendly and Efficient Starbucks Experience
My experience at this Starbucks was very positive. Unlike our usual Starbucks, which is a drive-thru and often busy and all business, these people were so nice! The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Unacceptable Ice Water Policy
As a loyal customer who spends thousands of dollars at Starbucks annually, I was shocked by the treatment I received on a hot day. Despite the cafe not being busy and my intention to make a purchase, I was denied a simple glass of ice water. When I offered to buy coffee, I was told I didn't need it at that time.
This is how they treat their customers after spending so much money. It's bullshit.

Bathroom chase for a paying customer
As a paying customer, I asked if there was a bathroom available. The employee directed me to the transit station, stating they shared one. Upon going to the transit station, I found both bathrooms unavailable.
One was designated for transit employees, and the other within the Santa Fe station was exclusively for Amtrak ticket holders. When I mentioned the Starbucks employee's claim of shared bathrooms, the train station employee stated they had never heard of such an arrangement. I'm unsure which bathroom the Starbucks employee was referring to, but I wish they had simply informed me they didn't have bathrooms instead of sending me on a wild goose chase.

Cass Made My Starbucks Visit Amazing!
My experience at Starbucks was elevated by the exceptional service from Cass, the cashier. It’s been a long time since I walked into a Starbucks and actually felt like someone behind the counter wanted to be there. Cass was super cool — friendly, chill, and full of great recommendations, even off-the-menu ones 😉.
Sometimes you just need that one person to turn your whole coffee run into a vibe. Thanks for the good energy, Cass — you made my day (and my drink) better. ✨☕️

Worst Starbucks Experience Ever
My experience at this Starbucks was 100% the worst I've ever encountered. It's not a traditional Starbucks; they heavily specialize in online orders, requiring you to order ahead. Upon arrival, our order was supposedly picked up.
While they offered to remake it, the café was empty except for three employees. It took them 12 minutes to make one iced coffee, despite only one person actively working on orders and making drinks, another dusting, and a third with a bucket of ice. I will never again go to this location.

Convenient Starbucks for Train Travelers
I'm not usually one to rate Starbucks, but this one was very convenient while I waited for my train. It's spacious, with enough room even during the morning rush, and offers outdoor seating. If you're waiting for your train, I would definitely recommend coming here until boarding time.

Mixed Experience: Rude Staff vs. Sweet Barista
As a care provider/DSP, I pass by this place every morning. Yesterday, I encountered the worst attitude from an employee I don't remember her name. She had pink bangs, was skinny, and had a European accent.
She was very rude and treated me like a scumbag, refusing service by rudely stating, "we don't do refills here. " This happened late morning. Today, around one o'clock, a barista named Cassidy helped me.
She was so sweet and is an example of how all baristas should be. She suggested a drink to wake me up and had a sweet, humble attitude. She even drew a heart on the foam, which made my day better, especially since I was feeling sad after my friend was hospitalized again for heart failure.
She cheered me up.
