Confusing and Dangerous Dowden Turns
My experience with the restaurant's location and access was confusing and dangerous. The turns in and out of Dowden need to be redone. Whoever planned this needs a new job, its totally backwards.

Convenient 24-Hour Store with Great Prices
I love the self-serve kiosk and the way they have it. The cigarettes number makes it a lot easier. Being open 24 hours makes it great, especially since after COVID, not many stores stay open that late.
Your eggs are cheaper than Publix, and the butter and bread are so convenient for me, especially on Thanksgiving. I was able to get the dozen of eggs I needed for baking. Prices are comparable to Publix and Walmart.

Horrible Service, Needs Urgent Training
My recent experiences at this restaurant have been awful. The service has deteriorated horribly lately. We've been treated horribly, as if we were coffee thieves.
OMG! I urge the owners to train your employees on how to treat their customers. The managers, or rather the night shift managers, treat us poorly without first checking what we paid.
They treat us as if we were going to steal their coffee. I feel anxious every time I go down to buy it, and the worst part is that I go down there because it's on my way home. I want to relax for a while, eating and drinking coffee, and we haven't been able to because the shift managers treat us poorly.
The staff, the great owners, need urgent training. Please!

Terrible Manager, Racist Treatment
Every day my husband goes to that gas station to buy cigarettes. They know him, they know me. We went together, and as usual, he asked for his cigarettes.
The cashier, Thalia, asked for his ID, which was fine. Then I came with a water for her to charge, and she asked for my ID too. I said I didn't have it with me and that I wasn't buying cigarettes, my husband was.
We asked to speak with the manager, Lorena. She told us with a terrible, racist, and disrespectful attitude that she couldn't help us. My husband asked when he could return after explaining the situation tirelessly, and manager Lorena's response was 'never.
' I'm leaving this here because there was no one superior to them to help us with what was happening. We ended up leaving and buying elsewhere.

Convenient Gas Station with Friendly Service
My experience was at a gas station that also functions as a convenience store. It's incredibly convenient, being only 2 minutes away from my house. The Palestinian worker was so nice.

Convenient Stop with Good Coffee Options
My experience at Wawa was that of a convenient stop for various needs. They offer a wide assortment of products, including food, drinks, and gas. While the prepared food isn't comparable to a high-end restaurant, it's important to consider the context of a gas station convenience store.
The gas prices are very competitive and often the lowest in the neighborhood. The store is well-stocked, and the layout is pretty good. They have self-checkout machines which usually allow for a quick exit.
Outdoor seating and plenty of parking are available, though you might encounter a short wait for a gas pump depending on the time of day. A significant advantage is their 24/7 operation, which is great when other places are closed. The entrance and exit at this specific location can be a bit tricky.
They also stock essentials like ice. The coffee station is a highlight, with several self-serve brewed options and a variety of additions like milk, creamers, and flavors, allowing for personalized sweetness and a quick grab-and-go experience without waiting for a barista. This location is kid-friendly and offers free parking.

Miserable Service, Okay Food
My experience at this restaurant was marked by a miserable and unacknowledged service. I waited for 5 to 7 minutes for my order, and the staff member, described as a short, chunky Spanish girl with glasses who cooks, seemed to actively avoid customers, walking around them to prevent interaction. This lack of customer service training is concerning, as her demeanor does not align with the Wawa brand.
If you wish to be acknowledged, it seems you'll need to go to another location, as she appeared comfortable ignoring a whole group of people waiting for her attention. The food itself was rated a 2, suggesting it was acceptable but not outstanding.

Disappointing Sandwich Roll Situation
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. They ran out of large sandwich rolls and then wanted to charge the same price for a smaller sandwich. I believe they should show better customer service and have put together two small rolls without the attitude.

Ridiculous Manager, Bad Service
My experience was with the manager of the store, who was ridiculous and provided really bad service at 5 am. I had 695 points on the Wawa app and only needed 350 for a coffee, but she refused to give me the coffee. This is not a Wawa issue, but rather the service people who are not qualified for management positions.
It was very disappointing.

Cold food, incomplete refund
I received my food cold. I informed the staff about what happened so they could give me a refund, but they did not return my full money.
