My experience at the restaurant was wonderful, largely due to the exceptional service from Cristina. She is so friendly and always happily makes a pup cup without a biscuit for our old dog who doesn't have many teeth left. Benji loves the Better Buzz whip cream!

My experience was the worst ever. I was craving a pistachio croissant and ordered through the mobile app, then waited for 10 minutes. To my frustration, other customers who arrived later received their drinks and food before me. When I inquired at the front, the register staff seemed to just realize my order and informed me they were out of the pistachio croissant. It's baffling why the app wasn't updated to reflect this! I would have driven to another location, saving over 20 minutes and more than $20 on other drinks for my date, had I known. The entire crew appeared indifferent, making the experience much worse than at the Miramar store. Furthermore, the 'best drink forever' tasted awful and very bitter, unlike my previous experiences at other locations. I will not be returning.

I've always loved Better Buzz and would recommend it to others. However, after ordering a holiday cold drink with no ice and receiving only half the drink for $8, I was very disappointed. I can no longer confidently recommend Better Buzz for their amazing drinks if they are this cheap when it comes to filling up drinks, especially when a customer specifically asks for no ice to prevent it from being watered down.

I've ordered from this location multiple times, but unfortunately, the quality of food here has gone way down in the last several months. Today, I ordered avocado toast and a turkey panini. My avocado toast was burnt to the point where the crust was so hard that it was inedible and had to be cut off. The mashed avocado was not mixed well, with an entire half of the toast coated in a dark, oxygenated avocado, implying it was left out for an extended period before being served. My turkey panini had the turkey cut so that half of the sandwich had no turkey at all, just two bread slices mushed together. This was truly bizarre. When I ordered here frequently last year, these types of issues did not happen. While my hazelnut coffee was good, I plan to take my patronage to other businesses in the area that can deliver drinks and food made well.

My experience at the restaurant was made incredibly special by the manager, Christine. When I accidentally ran over rocks near the store, she immediately came out to help. She went above and beyond, crawling under my car to release the panels. Christine shared that she had a lifetime of experience helping her grandfather with cars, which was evident in her skill. She was truly my angel on November 30th, and I found her to be a caring and beautiful soul. Thank you.
