My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the extremely poor value for money. I was charged $30 for a salad that consisted of a mere handful of lettuce and half a dry chicken breast. Furthermore, the chicken and waffles, priced at $40, were served on a half-plate with the food cut up and mixed, creating an illusion of more food than was actually present. It was a despicable offering for the price.

My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was absolutely awesome with great flavor. However, the portions were a little small for the price. The service and atmosphere were both rated a perfect 5, but the noise level was very loud, making it hard to hear.

What an incredible experience at the Bahia for Sunday brunch! We missed our hotel's breakfast, but this turned out to be the best Sunday brunch ever. It was my daughter's birthday, and the staff went above and beyond. Mara, the hostess, created a personalized birthday card based on her interests (beach & cats), and Chris, our server, surprised her with chocolate ice cream after overhearing her love for chocolate. The kindness and attention to detail from the staff made her special day truly unforgettable 🥰.

I would never stay here ever again! My experience was extremely negative due to the exorbitant price of breakfast. For breakfast for 2 people, the cost was $85 plus tip, which I found to be CRAZY! For that price, I expected the eggs to be something extraordinary, like Golden Eggs, but they were just ordinary eggs.

The vibe is chic nautical without being stuffy, and the service was genuinely five-star: attentive, friendly, and perfectly paced. Dockside 1953 has nailed the perfect happy hour formula: breathtaking location + elevated food specials + excellent drinks. It is the ideal spot to unwind, impress a date, or simply treat yourself after a long day. I will absolutely be back. Shout out to Sherrie, she was an outstanding host.

Furthermore, on a previous visit yesterday, it took 30 minutes to get a salad and sandwich for lunch. The restaurant needs to get its operations figured out.
