Excellent Sushi and Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food was great, and the service was equally impressive. The owners were incredibly lovely, and the portions were good for a reasonable price.
I can confidently say this is the best service I've experienced in Seattle. We enjoyed the sushi and sashimi omakase, cherry blossom roll, tempura app, and takoyaki, all of which were excellent. I will absolutely be back.

Fabulous New Owners at Tokyo Sushi!
My experience at Tokyo Sushi was wonderful. The fabulous new owners and their family affair truly show their pride in the restaurant, which reflects in their outstanding service and delicious food. We celebrated my son's 21st birthday here, and they made us feel so welcome and valued.
We've been searching for a new sushi restaurant since Kamei's closed, and we've finally found it at Sushi Tokyo. The food is delicious and at reasonable prices.

Best Sashimi in the States!
My experience at this restaurant was exceptional, particularly with their sashimi. I tried the 'i love sashimi' platter and the sake saba otoro ika. Omg, each piece was so fresh.
Having had plenty of sushi in my day, I can confidently say this was the best sashimi I've ever had in the States. This place is a hidden gem. I will definitely come back when I visit Seattle again.

A Taste of Japan with Excellent Service
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food, service, and environment were all top-notch. We had a truly good evening, enhanced by the authentic scent of Japan, thanks to our lovely hostess and skilled chef.
This is the way sushi is meant to be enjoyed. We savored the chef’s famous chirashi, the exciting lion king rolls (on fire), their perfectly nice and crispy fried gyozas (dimplings), and the flavorful steak plate. I will definitely come back for more.

Exceptional Service and Food!
My experience at this restaurant was wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. They thoughtfully provided my son with special learning chopsticks and offered him different roe to sample since it was new to him.
The service was outstanding, and the food was clearly top-notch, as was the atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!

A Delightful First Visit!
After years of ordering delivery, I finally visited the restaurant for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by what a lovely place it is! The interior is so nice, which was unexpected as I had judged it might be crummy from the exterior. The chef serving me was super nice and friendly.
I tried the cherry blossom and the north Seattle roll, and both were 10/10. I will definitely be back.

Sushi Tokyo: A Roosevelt Gem
You know that favorite sushi joint that's always packed and never has a table? Well, this place is not that. Yet!
But given the high quality and presentation of their sushi, fantastic service, and super amicable owners, they'll be that restaurant soon. It's also quite reasonably priced; we usually order a table full of food for a party of three (including a very hungry teenager), and it's around $80. We've been half a dozen times since the new owners took over, and highly recommend Sushi Tokyo if you're looking for great sushi in the Roosevelt neighborhood.
To be honest, I think the food is so good that I'd probably hop on the light rail to try it out if I lived in a different neighborhood. It's a quick walk from the Roosevelt Station.
