Disappointing Atmosphere and Bland Food
Upon entering, the restaurant was filled with the smell of stale marijuana smoke. The atmosphere felt off, with half the restaurant appearing closed and dimly lit, creating a weird vibe. The restroom was gross. The food was fair at best, though the presentation with the heart-shaped rice was a nice touch. My duck pineapple curry, ordered medium, lacked any spice and the sauce was bland, tasting like sweet tomato sauce with canned pineapple. The service, however, was a bright spot, with a friendly and helpful server.

Authentic Thai Food with Online Ordering Issues
Napasorn serves great authentic Thai food. I highly recommend it. However, it's misleading and a bit deceiving for consumers trying to order lunch entrées during lunch hours online, as they only offer the dinner menu. The online menu should reflect the hard menu available in the restaurant. While you can call and ask to place an order over the phone for the lunch portion, if you order to-go, they don't include the salad that comes with it, which is only provided if you dine in. This is why I rated them 3 stars.

Okay Food, Loud Music, Good Value
My experience at this restaurant was just okay. The servers were nice, however, the food was cold. On the positive side, everything was reasonably priced. The DJ was good, but the music was too loud! The place is too small for all those speakers or for the volume to be at 100.

Disappointing Vegan Thai Experience
I was visiting from out of town and noticed this restaurant close by the hotel. While I love Thai food and appreciate community events, the music during a special event was too loud. I decided to order delivery. As a vegan, I've had positive experiences with other Thai restaurants making substitutions while maintaining authenticity. However, my order of garlic pepper tofu, requested without fish sauce, tasted like watered-down Chinese food – incredibly bland with no flavor or spice. I couldn't finish it. While I'm unsure about their meat dishes, I would advise vegans and vegetarians to skip this place. Vegan Thai Kitchen is a much better option.

Delicious food, instructions followed perfectly!
My experience at the restaurant was excellent. I ordered the drunken noodles and provided many specific instructions due to my dietary restrictions. The staff followed all my instructions perfectly, and the food was absolutely delicious.

Disappointing Thai Food Experience
As a tourist hungry for Thai food, I visited this restaurant based on a 3. 9-star review, seeking a convenient option near my hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Both my Pad Thai and Tom Kha Kai were bad. I ended up spending almost $100 without returning the food, which suggests a lack of attention to the establishment. I am surprised this restaurant is still operating in downtown, as it is quite below the standard.

Offensive Pad Thai Imitation
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing, particularly with their attempt at Pad Thai. It's offensive to call this dish spaghetti and tomato sauce Pad Thai. Authentic Pad Thai should feature rice noodles, crushed peanuts, lime flavor, pepper sauce, brown sugar, and fish sauce with vegetables. What I received had minimal vegetables and chicken, with a large amount of spaghetti noodles instead of the traditional rice noodles. This was a significant departure from what Pad Thai is supposed to be.

Flavorful Food, Lacking Spice
My experience at this restaurant was centered around their pad thai, which was extremely flavorful. The only reason I'm giving a 4 instead of a 5 is because I was expecting a much spicier dish, based on recommendations. While the food was delicious, it was missing that extra heat I was looking for. I definitely recommend this place for good, flavorful food.

Pad Thai in Styrofoam Containers Addressed
I noticed recent reviews mentioning the use of styrofoam containers for Pad Thai. I'm happy to report that they did not use styrofoam for my piping hot Pad Thai. It's great that they are listening to customer feedback.
