Delicious Food, Amazing View & Service!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I enjoyed the fried rice, egg rolls, and honey walnut shrimp, all of which were incredibly delicious. The service was impressively fast and attentive, and the view was absolutely amazing.
It's a great spot with plenty of parking and a quiet atmosphere perfect for conversation.

Yummy Food with a Great View
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food was yummy, and they served a big plate of food at a fair price. Adding to the great experience, the view was so good, allowing us to see the harbor through the window.
The atmosphere was also enjoyable, rated a 4 out of 5, and the food itself received a perfect 5 out of 5. Service was also excellent, rated 5 out of 5, with no wait time.

Signage Raises Doubts About Quality
I celebrated my wedding anniversary at the restaurant formerly known as China Harbor. The new name, "Seattle Harbor, " feels rather sloppy. It appears the old sign was simply half-covered, with "Seattle" swapped in.
This lack of effort suggests low intentionality and makes me question the quality of the experience inside. I strongly recommend fixing the sign to demonstrate pride in the restaurant.

Substantial Improvement in Dim Sum
My experience at this restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I found great dim sum in the Lake Union area. The dining room has a very nice ambiance, with wooden Chinese walls and doors.
I believe they recently changed owners or at least chefs, as the food has improved substantially. I was initially apprehensive because my previous experience was poor, but I was very surprised that the food turned out to be great and completely different from my last visit.

Horrible Experience at Annual Gala
The location itself was great, with acceptable street parking and bike lanes. However, our experience in the upstairs banquet hall for our annual gala was horrible. There was no accessible lift for people with mobility issues, from the street level to the entrance, and then again to the banquet hall.
The entrance lobby was too small for efficient check-in for hundreds of guests, forcing us to wait on the street and stairs under the afternoon sun. While there was a balcony, we were prohibited from using it. The air circulation was very bad, leading many to remove their jackets within an hour.
The lighting and table settings were fair. Due to the lack of a built-in PA system, hired speakers were placed too close to tables, causing our ears to hurt. During speeches, waiters chatted loudly in front of the kitchen, interfering with the program.
The food quality was average, and the quantity was excessive, with a large pile of string beans being particularly unappetizing. Our vegetarian guest received only a small rice porridge and a large plate of Chinese broccoli, which was disappointing for a long-running restaurant. Servers did not check on tables for over three hours, and dishes were served extremely slowly, with two dishes remaining unserved by the end of the program at 9 pm.

Rip-off with Health Violations
My experience at this restaurant was a complete rip-off. Upon arrival, there was a $20 cover charge just to be allowed to look at the menu. I proceeded to order food and drinks, but unfortunately, the food made me sick.
After paying my bill, I had to return to use the restroom due to my illness. To my surprise, I was charged another $20 to use the restroom because I wasn't ordering more food. The staff was rude, and I suspect there were health violations.

Terrible Birthday Lunch Experience
Our experience at the restaurant was a truly terrible one. After being seated, we waited almost 40 minutes for just one item of our dim sum order. We had to repeatedly chase down a waitress for our food, and even then, we only received some of the order.
We also had to ask multiple times for soy sauce and utensils, with one waitress promising to bring them but never returning. The food we did receive was not even hot, and some of our orders never showed up. Adding to the frustration, there were children running through the restaurant screaming throughout our entire meal.
It was a long and frustrating experience. While the waitress did comp us a soda refill and one appetizer, we weren't looking for freebies; we wanted a nice birthday lunch for our daughter. This was an epic failure and a dysfunctional restaurant that ruined our day.

Delicious Food with Stunning Lake Views
My experience at this restaurant was wonderful! We celebrated my husband's birthday dinner here and enjoyed delicious food. We tried the almond fried chicken, broccoli beef, pot stickers, and shrimp with honey walnuts.
The potsticker wrappers were particularly noteworthy – light, not too doughy, and perfectly tender and crispy. However, the best part was the view; we had gorgeous views of Lake Union. They also have an event hall upstairs with amazing views, which I'd love to rent for an occasion.
The service was excellent, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable for Seattle. The only minor drawback was a bit of shabbiness to the building, but it didn't detract from my enjoyment. I hope to return soon!
FYI, there are cute areas to explore nearby, like marinas and an ice cream shop.

Amazing Food and Service!
Visiting from Alaska, our dinner experience was AMAZING. The four of us each ordered something different, and everything was wonderful. We particularly enjoyed the best pot stickers we've ever had.
The service was the BEST. We will definitely be back.
