Cozy spot with great coffee and desserts
This is a very nice place, small and warm. I like to visit there every week and enjoy their coffee and desserts. The stuff are very nice and welcome me every time I enter.
The drinks and desserts are always hot, new and tasty. Thank you for your great hospitality.

Good food, poor service and atmosphere
My wife and I visited your cafe. We requested a dirty table to be cleared. The waitress did not smile or offer any pleasantries, walking past stone-faced and brushing crumbs onto the chair.
Despite thanking her, there was no verbal response. The atmosphere felt rather gloomy, which is not ideal for mornings that should bring a good mood. Additionally, the exposed wires on the outlets could be improved with a painting or poster.
I will return next time to check for smiles.

Consistently Great Coffee Bean Experience
I really like this Coffee Bean location. I've visited many times and appreciate that it has its own parking lot, separate from the sometimes chaotic Costco nearby. I've always been a big fan of this coffee chain due to its consistency.
Their flavored powders, including the "no sugar added" options, add a unique richness to drinks that other chains lack. This specific store has consistently provided a five-star experience. The interior is warm and inviting, with comfortable seating and pleasant lighting.
The music volume is just right, allowing for easy conversation. The restrooms are always clean. They offer dog-friendly outdoor seating with umbrellas and are also dog-friendly inside, provided you follow their guidelines, which I appreciate.
My usual order is an iced blended vanilla with extra vanilla, and I love it. Their pastries and hot breakfast sandwiches are also a quality step up in freshness and taste compared to other chains. The app is decent, offering points and rewards for frequent users, which I always enjoy.
The staff are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and professional, and they keep the place extremely clean. Thank you! There's free parking directly in front and a drive-thru available.

Terrible Customer Service and App Issues
My experience at this restaurant was marked by terrible customer service. The wait times were ridiculous, and their app scanner rarely worked. To make matters worse, they pick and choose which specials to honor in the app.

Worst Service Ever at CBTL
I've been going to CBTL for years and always order the same simple Ice coffee. However, this location is new to me and BOY! The service was the worst ever.
A male employee just stood there like a dead tree, with no smile and no hello. I ordered my drink, but he didn't even pay attention. I repeated it twice and even tipped him, but received no thank you and no smile.
Then, the girl made my drink, and it was totally WRONG. She blamed it on him. When she re-made it, she slapped it on the counter with no apology and no smile.
I thanked her, but she ignored me. I thanked her again, and she still ignored me, with no smile, etc. It was unbelievable!
The worst service ever; I should have taken my tip back!

Disappointing Service and Coffee
My experience at the Coffee Bean in Charleston, Summerlin, Las Vegas was disappointing. I’ve always enjoyed Coffee Bean, but this visit was a letdown. The person preparing the coffees had a noticeably poor attitude; despite saying thank you three times, I received no acknowledgment or response.
To make matters worse, both coffees were poorly made. The overall experience left a bad taste, and I’ll be avoiding this location in the future, even though it’s the closest to my home. I hope the team here can work on improving both their service and drink quality.

Disappointing Service and High Price
I love Coffee Bean and usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this experience was disappointing. I had a large order and was shocked at the price. I simply asked for a breakdown, and instead of helping, the cashier was rude.
Then my drink was handed to me in a way that caused it to spill down the side of my freshly washed car — no apology, no napkins offered. I normally go to the Lake Mead location where the staff are kind and respectful, even when it’s busy. I hope this location can work on improving their customer service.

Deteriorating Service and Inconsistent Quality
This location was once GREAT. It has since just gone downhill. The last 4 trips have had things wrong.
I should have stopped after the second trip but figured it was the employee. All little issues that shouldn’t happen when paying money for a product like this. Wrong sizes, to adding whip to drinks after I said no whip to it and today waiting for a much longer time for food which didn’t come with the sauce while people behind me honked.
Like I said all small issues that shouldn’t happen. Fix your staffing issues with the poor service.

Rude Manager Ruined Coffee Bean Experience
I've been a loyal customer of The Coffee Bean for the past three years, spending around $300-$400 annually at this specific location. Today, during my work break, I stopped by the drive-through for my usual custom coffee. Unfortunately, I realized I didn't have my wallet and was short by $2 on my CB account for the $7 drink.
I was apologetic and embarrassed, but the manager's response was incredibly rude. Despite having money on my app and being a frequent customer who works across the street, she refused to overlook the small amount. She didn't offer a solution, even when I offered to go get the cash later, as the store closes at 8 PM.
I'm currently avoiding Starbucks for political reasons, but I can honestly say a Starbucks would have comped the drink without hesitation. My annual spending of $300-$400 is likely to dwindle significantly due to this very, very bad experience. It's baffling to think they wouldn't value $400 in revenue over a $2 difference.

Cute Store, Lacking Service
My experience at this cute store near Costco was visually appealing, with a really warm atmosphere and pretty Christmas decorations upon walking in. However, the service was disappointing. None of the staff greeted us or paid attention to customers, except for one girl at the cashier who did speak.
The rest were just standing around talking. I noticed different options for Boba, but I'd probably stick with coffee here, as the strawberry Matcha green tea wasn't great; it felt like an Americanized version.
