My experience at this restaurant was wonderful. The food was very good, tasty, and well made. We will definitely come back next time. I recommend it to everyone that wants the best food in San Francisco.

My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative, primarily due to a severe issue with my order and the subsequent service. I explicitly stated my mushroom allergy multiple times when placing my order, emphasizing the need for them to be removed from my pizza. Unfortunately, this instruction was ignored, and the pizza arrived with mushrooms. To make matters worse, the staff initially insisted I eat it despite my allergy. While they eventually agreed to remake the pizza, the wait was excessively long. The replacement pizza was also a major disappointment: the dough was undercooked, the peppers and tomatoes were raw, and the cheese was not melted. This was, by far, the worst pizza I have ever had, and it came with a hefty price tag of $28. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

While I hesitate to use the word "scam, " I certainly feel ripped off. The portion sizes were incredibly disappointing, with some of the thinnest slices I've ever encountered, especially considering the price paid.

My first experience here was positive, with a great slice of pizza. However, my recent visit completely ruined that impression. I ordered a slice of chocolate cake, which was incredibly dry and stale – the worst I've ever eaten. When I tried to return it, the staff member dismissively stated, "it's supposed to be like that, " which is unacceptable. Despite frequenting the area and intending to become a regular, the dishonest and unhelpful service at the register, refusing a refund or exchange for the disgustingly dry cake, means I will never spend money here again. I advise others to avoid this place, as any issues with your food will likely leave you "S. O. L. " The manager on duty is actively causing the business to lose future customers.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. The food quality was extremely low. I would advise others to save their time and not come here. They overcharge on their pizza for the quantity provided.

Despite being a small pizzeria in a less-than-ideal part of the SF Tenderloin, this place served up an absolutely great, hot, flat Philly Cheesesteak sandwich that was simply too good for words. Excellent work, gentlemen!
