Worst Pizza Experience Ever
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative, primarily due to a severe issue with my order and the subsequent service. I explicitly stated my mushroom allergy multiple times when placing my order, emphasizing the need for them to be removed from my pizza. Unfortunately, this instruction was ignored, and the pizza arrived with mushrooms.
To make matters worse, the staff initially insisted I eat it despite my allergy. While they eventually agreed to remake the pizza, the wait was excessively long. The replacement pizza was also a major disappointment: the dough was undercooked, the peppers and tomatoes were raw, and the cheese was not melted.
This was, by far, the worst pizza I have ever had, and it came with a hefty price tag of $28. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.
