My experience last night was extremely disappointing. We spent $70 on pizza, and it was absolutely disgusting. All of the meat tasted off. I had to peel all the meat off, and it still smelled so bad we couldn't eat it. It was such a waste of money.

WOW! Marco's Pizza will be our weekly favorite go-to place! My husband had ordered here several times before I got in the city, and this was my first time, and it was so yummy! We ordered hot honey regular thickness, and this pizza joint lets you pick out how you would like your pizza thickness to sauce style, and love love love their crusts! The employees weren't really friendly, but it was quite easy pick-up and go when it comes to picking up the delivery order. I love that their website is very easy to place orders, and most importantly, it gives you an estimate time to visit the store if you are picking it up. Definitely worth visiting Marco's Pizza at the this joint! :)

I want to compliment a very dynamic young lady named Lani. She has helped me immensely several times, not only as a customer but also as a Door Dasher. I am assuming this is her first job, and she is remarkably professionally mature. She is able to multi-task under stressful situations when the store is understaffed. Give her a raise, or you will lose her. She's a keeper! Thank you for her.

My experience at this restaurant was primarily focused on their pizza and wings, which were good. The cheesebread was just okay, but it surprisingly tasted much better after being refrigerated for a few days and then reheated and dipped in garlic sauce. The metadata indicates the food score was 4 out of 5.

My experience at this restaurant was a letdown. The pizza was a disappointment, with the cheese and pepperoni practically sliding off, leaving half the slice bare. For my first time trying this pizza, it was very overpriced, and it will probably be my last. I would recommend trying Papa John's or something else; you'll be glad you did. The employee who took my order seemed very irritated, and his co-worker was not helping, just sitting there chopping lettuce. My sandwich was burnt, and the customer service was crappy. I will never go to this location again; they need to do better with staffing.

Rather than issuing the refund they indisputably owed me, Marco’s Pizza insulted me with an in-store credit—as though I would reward their unethical behavior with further business. This is not merely poor customer service; it is a fundamental lack of integrity. Any company that treats its customers with such contempt does not deserve their patronage. I will never spend another cent at Marco’s Pizza, and I strongly urge others to protect themselves from the same mistreatment. *update - I did give you a chance to make it right prior to posting this I called the above mentioned store. The canned response from the business in regard to reviews do not make anyone feel better or heard!

I ordered the deep pan pizza, a choice I've made for years without issue. However, this time was different. The staff member, Zachary, seemed unsure of how to take my order. When I inquired about a '$6 deal', he was completely unaware of it and instead suggested a small pizza that cost more. I then spoke with the manager, who also couldn't adjust the price and acknowledged Zachary's lack of knowledge. This experience has made me a 'non-returning customer'. Paying '$37 for 2 pizzas' felt excessive given the service issues.
