I was so pleased to find a Sajj just a block away from my occasional work location in SF. I love that the food is fresh and it's a bonus that it is full of flavor. I take advantage of ordering ahead and picking up on my schedule.

I was beyond disappointed with my experience. I ordered a falafel bowl online through their website and received a bowl WITHOUT the falafel. The bowl was essentially just rice and veggies swimming in truckloads of sauce, and the sauce itself wasn't even that flavorful. I tried calling their number to request a refund for the missing protein (in a protein bowl), but I didn't receive any response. I would not recommend this place based on this experience. Perhaps their service is better in person, but I will not be ordering from here again.

I treated myself to an amazing, fat, and juicy falafel wrap full of all kinds of goodness at Sajj. I've been searching the city for a lavash falafel wrap, and while others have been good, Sajj truly fulfilled my craving. I opted for the Sajj wrap with half hummus and half tzatziki, which was a fantastic decision. I asked for 'everything please' for the toppings and they toasted it in foil. I might ask for extra toasted next time to ensure it's even hotter. The red and green sauces are delightful, though the red one is perhaps a tad too salty, and I've preferred spicier sauces at other Mediterranean places. The falafel itself is crispy with crunchy bits, adding great texture to the wrap. It's likely two meals, but I was hungry enough to eat the entire thing.
