My experience at this restaurant was that the food and drink were decent, conveniently located right by the pool. There was a bit of a wait, but this was attributed to high customer demand. The price per person was between $20–30.

In my opinion, this is the best location in Portofino. The food is great, especially the chicken quesadilla, and I enjoyed the ceviche as well. The beverages are fresh and delicious.

My experience at this restaurant was absolutely incredible. I'm still sitting here enjoying my meal and felt compelled to stop and share my thoughts. The cheeseburger was hands down the best I've ever eaten in my life. I highly recommend you try it; you can thank me later. The food was a perfect 5/5, and the atmosphere was equally impressive at 5/5. Service was also rated a perfect 5/5. Reservations were not required, and there was no wait time.

My experience at the bar by the pool at Portofino Bay Hotel was very pleasant. We had a nice table with a view of the pool and enjoyed the live DJ. The service was quick, and the bar food was delicious. The drinks were fun, good, and easy to order. We appreciated that we were not rushed and truly enjoyed our time by the pool. They also offered service by the pool, which was a great convenience.

My experience at the Villa Pool was excellent, largely due to the outstanding service provided by Mateo. He was incredibly kind and attentive, always willing to help. It's clear he genuinely cares about customers having a good time. The overall attention was very good.

I really enjoyed sitting at the bar beside the pool with my family. The food was actually really good. If you get the chance to stay at this resort or any Universal resort, you should definitely pop into the pool and bar.

My experience at this bar, located in the pool area, was fantastic. The waiters were incredibly professional and friendly, always attentive to our needs. We relaxed in the jacuzzi area and consistently received excellent service. The nachos were delicious, and the BBQ wings were equally impressive. However, the absolute highlight was the margaritas – they were very delicious and refreshing.

My experience at this pool bar was really nice. Similar to the other Lowes Resorts at Universal Orlando we've visited, this one also boasts a great pool bar. They offer a wide variety of drinks, have nice bartenders, and provide some decent food options.

My experience at this restaurant was excellent. I ate here two nights in a row last week. The service was great and the food came out quickly and was good. Even though we arrived right before closing with a large group, the service was amazing. The waiters and staff were fantastic, even with all the kids. I would definitely recommend this place to others staying here.

The grounds look nice. I'm wondering if the general public can access the restaurant and pool bar, similar to Splendido, and walk the hotel grounds. I'd love to check it out and would be keen to stay here soon.
