Being so forreal - this is the best Starbucks I have ever been in! I love doing remote work here! The staff and management seem like they actually like working here. Somehow, this Starbucks feels like a local coffee shop. They always say my name when I come in, and they always offer me the "for here" option - which I really appreciate because I often forget to ask for the "for here" cup! My drinks are always perfect, and the food is always consistent. The staff is always kind, the store is always clean, and I always have somewhere to sit and work. Shout out to the management and team at this location!

My experience at this Starbucks was by far the best! The staff is incredibly friendly and always welcoming. Our barista even drew adorable spooky designs on our drinks today, which made our day! She was also impressively fast. 🎃🖤

My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The service from one particular staff member was exceptionally rude. This was a bald male barista who was very unprofessional. It seems other reviews agree with this sentiment. If you dislike interacting with people, perhaps a different profession would be more suitable. However, the woman working was lovely.

My experience at this Starbucks has been disappointing. The professionalism among some of the staff is lacking. Both male and female employees tend to stare at customers in a way that feels uncomfortable. They also frequently engage in loud conversations and laughter among themselves, which disrupts the atmosphere. Additionally, the service is noticeably slow. Even with six or seven customers waiting for their drinks, the staff seems disengaged and inefficient. It’s frustrating to wait so long without any sense of urgency or acknowledgment. I hope management will address these issues to improve both the customer experience and workplace standards.

My experience at this Starbucks location was frustrating due to issues with their mobile ordering system. The location needs to be more proactive about updating what’s available on the mobile ordering system. There are much better options in both quality and value in the neighborhood, and the only thing Starbucks has going for them is convenience, which is undercut when you walk up to find out they’re out of something after you ordered.

I went to this restaurant for a meeting with my boss. The place was clean and well kept. We ordered online from our table and received our coffee quickly. I did not order food, so I did not rate it. I will go again.

My doggie bestie, Casper, and I really appreciate the outside seating and the water bowl for pups. Normal Heights is great with Starbucks in town. ❤️ We love to walk here. Leave your car at home; it will save the drama. But if you are driving, there is a small lot. Relax and come with kindness and patience. ❤️
