Amazing Food, Terrible Service
We visited this restaurant during a weekend trip to Universal Studios from Houston. After a fun-filled day, we decided to grab some pho. Upon entering, we noticed the restaurant is very compact with limited space, making it difficult for the busser to move around.
The customer service was exceptionally bad; while we understand busy nights and crowds, a smile and a calm tone are essential, and the greetings we received were far from pleasant. However, the food was truly on point. The pho tasted amazing, though the noodles themselves seemed a bit old.
The bhami was also a hit, and I enjoyed the addition of pickled vegetables, which was a novel and pleasant surprise. Overall, the food was fantastic, but the restaurant needs significant improvement in customer service and potentially a smarter dining room layout.
