Great experience, but no Lee kee bum!
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive. I liked everything about the place. However, I was unable to find a Lee kee bum, which was a minor disappointment.

Perfect Simpsons Nostalgia Trip!
Moe's Tavern at Universal truly hits the childhood nostalgia button in the best way possible. As a lifelong fan of The Simpsons, walking in felt like stepping directly into an episode. The iconic Duff neon sign, the sticky-looking bar top, and Barney Gumble permanently posted up in the corner are all hilariously accurate in person. The atmosphere is a perfect blend of theme-park popcorn, cold beer, and overzealous air conditioning, ideal after a day of walking around. I had to try the Flaming Moe, and it was sweet, smoky, and genuinely made me feel like a kid again watching reruns. The staff kept everything moving quickly and maintained a good mood throughout. It's a place where time seems to stand still, allowing you to simply sit, laugh, and appreciate how perfectly Universal recreated the entire experience. For anyone who grew up on The Simpsons, this is a required stop. The drinks are fun, the atmosphere is spot-on, and it's the most accurate cartoon-to-real-life bar you'll ever encounter. Definitely worth popping in for a break and a picture with Barney.

Immersive Simpsons Bar with High Prices
La Taverne de Moe is truly faithful to the Simpsons universe and immersive. You feel like you're in Moe's bar with the well-done decorations, the love machine, and the counter. It's very fun and typical of the cartoon. However, some elements detract from the charm: the main bar is less elaborate than in the animated series, the large room behind (restrooms and cafeteria) slightly diminishes the cozy ambiance, and the prices are very high. It's also a shame that characters like Homer, Lenny, or Carl aren't present to complete the experience.

Terrible Service, Long Wait Time
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing due to the service. It took an hour to receive our food, and only after we had to ask for the manager did they finally complete our order. This was particularly frustrating as several groups who arrived after us were served first. I will never order from here again.

Terrible Food, Don't Waste Money
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. I would advise others not to waste their money here. The food was so bad that it wasn't even good enough for the trash. I would have given a 0 rating if it were possible.

A Fan's Paradise with a Few Wishlist Items
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially for fans! I highly recommend trying the Flaming Moe, taking a picture with Barney, and experiencing the live machine. While deciding between the chicken and burgers, I enjoyed some Duff beers. This place is truly a fans paradise! I do wish they had an actual Moe bartender and offered prank phone calls, as that would have made the spot absolutely perfect.

A Perfectly Poured Pint of Nostalgia
My experience was like stepping directly into "The Simpsons"! The atmosphere was spot on, with lighting, a sticky-looking bar, and even a phone on the wall that begged for prank calls, all recreating the feel of Moe's Tavern. I sat at the counter and sipped a Flaming Moe, which actually bubbled. While it's not a full restaurant, it serves as a fantastic themed pit stop. Fans will grin, and even non-fans can enjoy the weirdly cozy dive-bar vibe. It's more than just a photo opportunity; it's a brilliantly executed slice of Springfield.

Cool Nostalgia, Average Beer
My experience at this restaurant was primarily driven by nostalgia and The Simpsons. While the beer itself wasn't the best I've ever had, it wasn't bad either. The real draw is the unique atmosphere, which is very cool to experience in person. It's a great place to have a drink with some friends.

Terrible Food, Okay Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was largely negative due to the food. The HotDogs were terrible, and the fries were cold. My husband and son found the burgers to be yucky, cold, and just plain gross. The only redeeming factor was the milkshakes, which were worth getting. I would advise others to don't bother with this place.

A Hilarious Simpsons Fan Experience!
My experience at Moe's Tavern at Universal's Springfield was like stepping directly into the world of The Simpsons. 🍺⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The moment I grabbed a Duff Beer, I felt like I was joining Homer and the gang. The atmosphere was spot-on, dimly lit and a little divey, filled with hilarious Simpsons Easter eggs that had me grinning. Sipping on a Duff, Duff Lite, or one of their specialty drinks was the perfect way to relax and soak in the vibe. It's the ultimate fan experience and a hilarious way to toast to one of TV's most iconic bars. Grabbing a Duff at Moe's Tavern is non-negotiable if you're in Springfield — D'oh!
