Loved the energy and ice cream!
Our first time here, and we absolutely loved the energy! It was lovely and still family friendly. The food was great! My partner and I indulged in some ice cream, which was some of the best we've ever had. We will definitely be back!

Discouraging Private Event Policy
My experience at the restaurant was very discouraging. I walked in expecting to have a good time, but was immediately told to leave because of a private event. There was no signage to indicate this, which made the situation even more frustrating. The business should fix this by adding clear signage for private events.

Delicious Honey Butter Biscuit and Smash Burger
We visited for lunch today. My husband had the Simple Man smash burger and I ordered the honey butter biscuit and onion dip with a half kale salad. The honey butter biscuit was delicious, perfectly sweet and salty, and slightly grilled. The onion dip was served with house-made ranch chips and was delicious, creamy, and rich, though I wished for more onions. My husband loved the marinated tomatoes on his sandwich. My kale apple salad was balanced and a great addition to the appetizers. We would definitely visit again.

Great Food, Refreshing Drinks, Mixed Service
We decided to check out The Milkhouse after seeing it featured on TV. It's conveniently located near the Winter Garden area. We visited on a Monday around 1 pm and found it wasn't too busy, so we opted to sit outside due to the gorgeous weather. Initially, we were unsure about the ordering process, but a friendly young lady informed us we could order from the bar and they would serve us outside. The burger was amazing and the beer choices were refreshing. We also enjoyed playing adult Connect Four, which added to the fun. Later, we moved inside to sit at the bar for more drinks. Unfortunately, the gentleman at the bar was not very talkative nor attentive; he was engaged with another customer and didn't offer us another drink. We had to flag down a young lady to get our bill. While the food was great and the drinks were refreshing, the bar service didn't meet our expectations. The atmosphere was chill, and we'll definitely return for their events, hoping for improved bar service.

Disappointing Service and Food Delays
My experience at this restaurant was largely negative, primarily due to the service and food delivery. It's concerning to see servers and bartenders taking shots with customers during service hours, which sets a poor tone. My main issue was the blatant targeting of staff when I forgot my ID and asked for a cocktail. As a regular, I'm usually recognized and not asked for ID, but this time was different. After being asked for my ID and realizing I didn't have it, I opted for tea. While the appetizers and other guests' entrees arrived promptly, I was left without food for a solid fifteen minutes. This delay coincided with the staff taking shots with other customers. When we finally got our server's attention, there was a noticeable lack of urgency to resolve the issue or show accountability. Even after re-ordering my meal, the server seemed inattentive. I then waited another fifteen minutes for my wedge salad and chicken thigh. Furthermore, refills for water and tea were not offered. The restaurant was not busy, with only a few tables occupied, making the poor service and delays even more frustrating. The atmosphere was also a significant drawback, described as very loud, making conversation difficult.

Manager's unprofessional behavior and lost wallet incident
My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately dominated by a distressing incident involving a lost wallet. While getting ice cream, I lost my wallet in the parking lot. The AirTag indicated it was still at the milkhouse, but the manager informed me she had thrown it away within 10 hours of me losing it. I contacted the authorities, and a staff member assisted me by digging through the trash bin. This staff member also shared details about the manager’s unprofessional behavior. The manager’s actions and the subsequent handling of the situation were highly problematic.

Great Weekday Korean BBQ Chicken Sandwich!
My experience at this restaurant on a weekday was great. I particularly enjoyed the Korean BBQ chicken sandwich, which was amazingly flavorful and spicy. I had a great time overall, and was pleased to find they even had bar trivia. The atmosphere, service, and food were all rated a perfect 5.

Perfect Spot for Delicious Food!
We were looking for a quick, cool place to eat on our way out of Orlando, and this was perfect! The homemade chips were probably the best my wife and I ever had. The homemade curly fries were good too. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and my wife got the Thai spices one. Both were phenomenal; the meat was super juicy and flavorful. My wife's coati smash watermelon/strawberry drink was her favorite from the entire trip (and we tried a lot! Lol). It's a perfect spot, and we'll be back next time we visit Orlando.
