My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food was excellent, and the menu was very creative. I was particularly impressed by the manager, who was extremely kind, and the staff, who were very helpful. The service was also quick. I highly recommend this place!

I've been enjoying Katana Sushi for over three years since moving to Carmel Valley. It's my go-to for a great meal, whether we're entertaining guests or enjoying a date or family night out. The food is always expertly prepared, the prices are great, and the staff are courteous and quick. In my opinion, it's the best sushi in the Carmel Valley area.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Rose. As regulars, we always appreciate her attentiveness. She made a great recommendation for the bulgogi and kimbab combo, which my wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and suggest asking for Rose!

My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative. I will never return to this place. They attempted to charge more for the food, and when I discovered this, they were disrespectful to me.

My experience at this restaurant was great. I've been here many times and appreciate the large menu which offers a variety of options including sushi and bento boxes. It's a good place for families, with plenty of parking and many TVs to watch sports games.

My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive, especially regarding the food. I ate so much sushi I can’t move. I actually feel like if McDonald's ate CaseOh, and then I ate McDonald's. Holy shit. Everything was delicious, and the specialty rolls were stuffed. The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. I had an even nicer server 😩.

My experience at this restaurant was really disappointing. We didn't try any sushi rolls, but opted for two of their special bowls, which came with miso soup, mixed tempura, and edamame. The soup was just okay, and the bowls were at best a 5 out of 10. We ended up leaving half of the tempura uneaten, as even the edamame weren't good. The service was also a challenge; the lady who served us was difficult to understand and provided little information about the food. With so many choices on the menu, I would advise them to offer fewer options but with better quality.

My experience at this restaurant was a mix of highs and lows. The hot dishes were absolutely delicious. However, the sushi was unfortunately not good. The rolls were overly focused on crab, and the rice was of poor quality, causing the rolls to fall apart. Service was excellent, rated a 5, and the atmosphere was pleasant, rated a 4. The food overall received a rating of 3.

My experience at this restaurant has consistently been the best. I've tried other places, but I always find myself returning here for the most delicious sushi. The presentation is amazing, and the flavors are unmatched. I appreciate the excellent service and hard work!

My experience at Katana was fantastic! They serve some truly delicious and unusual Japanese food. The menu offers lots of options, ensuring there's something for everyone. I was also impressed with the generous portions, especially considering the reasonable cost.
