Solid Pizza, Great Staff, Missing Nostalgia

Incredible Gluten-Free Pizza Treat!
My husband and I are both floored by their gluten-free cauliflower crust pizza. We recently made the switch to gluten-free, and eating their GF pizza is such a treat – you really can’t tell that it’s cauliflower! Their specialty pizzas are well-crafted and taste delicious!

Excellent Food, Service, and Atmosphere!
My first visit to this location was a great experience. The lady working, who I believe might have been the owner, was incredibly helpful and sweet. The atmosphere of the place is excellent, complemented by great decor.

Clean but Lacking in Flavor and Crispness
I've been to most of the "RT's" in San Diego, from Rancho San Diego to La Mesa to Escondido. This particular location is among the cleanest. However, it was probably the least generous on pizza toppings.
Sorry to say, but both the pizza and the wings could have used an extra 5 minutes in the oven. They were cooked, yes, but just kind of limp, and the chicken was pale, not crispy fried like other RT's. My advice: You're a family eatery.
The sign on your single customer unisex restroom door ('Whatever. Just Wash Your Hands') seems more appropriate for a Hillcrest bar toilet. My 8-year-old wondered if he should go in or not.
