Port of Subs - Reviews

My office is close by, so I visited this restaurant two days in a row. On the first day, the lady named Poonam was micro-managing the worker. On the second day, she was very rude. I asked for extra onions, and she initially refused, then stated there would be an extra charge. While I understand extra charges are fine, her rudeness was unnecessary. I suggest finding better management. You've lost a customer.

I walked in, and there was nobody in the store. I could hear employees in the back. Someone said, "There's a customer, go help them. " I waited a little longer, but nobody came out, so I left. My experience was one of being ignored.

My experience at this restaurant was marked by extremely poor service. The cashier completely ignored my dad, pretending he wasn’t there. She even spoke to other people in line behind him. Consequently, she was surprised when he didn’t leave a tip. He wasn't just feeling ignored; he was actively ignored as the cashier bypassed him in line to serve others. The food was rated a 3, but the service and atmosphere were rated a 1.

My experience with this restaurant's catering order, which cost almost $200, was terrible. The bread was old and stale, and the brownies were not fully cooked. When I contacted the restaurant about the salad dressing, the staff member stated I had been informed about receiving mayonnaise and mustard on the side. I clarified that these were intended for the sandwiches, and we had not received any dressing for the salad. The response was that the dressing was available for pickup, despite the difficult location and the fact that we were hosting a business meeting. The food was definitely not up to standard.

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! The new guy, on only his second day, did a great job with the service. The sandwich was delicious and fresh, as always! :)

I ordered pickup online, but I've frequently eaten at this location. The employees are always nice and the atmosphere is chill. Port of Subs is my number 1!

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I was told that I could not have the sub done the way I wanted, and to make matters worse, there was no milk for the kids meal. This was a complete rip off, big time. I will never return. 👎

My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! The food was the best tasting I've had in a long time 😋🤤. It was definitely worth the money, and I didn't feel like I was jipped. My favorite was the #2 dish.

My experience at this restaurant was incredibly positive. The establishment is extremely clean, from the tables and floors to the bathrooms, which is a rarity in Las Vegas. The atmosphere was enhanced by great Trans dance music, making me feel like I was in Europe. The staff were polite, and I appreciated seeing someone constantly cleaning while making sandwiches. If they had a cappuccino machine, it would truly be the place to be seen. It was a pleasure to eat here, and the Cold Cut was a recommended dish.

I visited for the first time with a friend for lunch. The dining room is bright and well organized, and the bathrooms are clean. They play wonderful music. The people who work here are very friendly and attentive. Five stars.
