Shockingly Unprofessional Management
I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Domino's location. I ordered two New York-style pizzas and specifically requested no pork products due to religious dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, one pizza was made incorrectly with pepperoni, rendering it inedible for my family. Upon discovering the mistake, I returned to the store for a refund or a replacement. While the initial staff member was polite, the manager on duty, Kiante, handled the situation with shocking unprofessionalism. He refused to listen, dismissed my concerns, declined to review the order, and walked away without offering a solution. His tone was rude, careless, and disrespectful. The lack of accountability and basic courtesy was evident, even making other employees uncomfortable. This was not about free food, but about correcting a significant mistake involving religious dietary needs. Instead, I felt my concerns were completely disregarded. This incident left us with no food options late at night while traveling. Despite being a long-time Domino's customer, this experience has drastically changed my perception of this location. It demonstrated poor management, zero customer care, and no professionalism. I will not be returning.

Worst Customer Service Ever
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative due to the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I placed an order for delivery, but my order was never delivered. When I contacted the store, I spoke with the manager, allegedly named Issac. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. Consequently, I was left with no food and received no refund for an order I never received.

Favorite Domino's Location!
I absolutely love this location! Other Dominos locations were a hit or miss when it came to getting my order correct. When I select extra cheese online, they give EXTRA cheese and it’s sooooo delicious. Also, each time I had a delivery or carry out order, the staff has been super friendly. I end up engaging in a conversation most of the time. I literally haven’t interacted with an employee who didn’t have a smile on their face. This is by far my favorite Dominos and I never order from any of the other nearby locations anymore.
