In-store Service Lags Behind Drive-Through
My experience at Starbucks has been consistently frustrating due to their apparent policy of prioritizing drive-through customers over those inside. The photo provided shows a monitor tracking wait times for the out-the-window service, highlighting a focus on speed for that channel. This emphasis means I often have to wait 10 minutes for a simple black Americano. Furthermore, it takes a considerable amount of time for staff to even acknowledge me at the register to place an order, as they are busy serving the drive-through. This issue isn't isolated to this particular store; I've observed the same problem at many other Starbucks locations. It seems to be a company-wide policy that needs to change. I believe in-store customers should receive the same priority as drive-through customers.

Online Orders Can Be Risky
I don't understand why people order online when the restaurant might mess up your order. For example, they might forget to put the cold foam on top or miss the caramel drizzle around the cup. It makes you wonder if they even put all the shots you paid for into your drink. Beware, my Starbucks buddies, if they can overcharge you, they will.

Worst Starbucks Experience Ever
I have been coming to this Starbucks almost daily for the past six years. Today, I had the worst experience. I always order my same drink, an Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, Venti. Today, they gave me a cup so full of ice that I couldn’t even fit the straw in it. I asked them to remake it, and they did the same thing, as if it was a joke. I will definitely never give a dime to them again.

Clean place, good food, odd water policy

Excellent PM Drive-Thru Experience!
I'm usually a morning regular at this Starbucks and I absolutely adore the morning staff. However, today I decided to visit for an afternoon coffee run. Mason provided me with exceptional hospitality and care, ensuring everything was perfect for my order. He had a great attitude, and my white mocha tasted wonderful. Overall, it was my best drive-thru experience at this location yet!

Great Coffee and Service, Awful Smell
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The service was relatively fast and the staff were friendly. The coffee was on point most days, which was a definite plus. However, the atmosphere was severely impacted by the dumpster area, which gave off a shockingly foul odor. The stench was so intense it hit you immediately after exiting your car, comparable to a horror movie level stench. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned since the place opened, leading to a 1-star rating for atmosphere.

Disappointing Starbucks Experience
I rarely write negative reviews, but I'm hoping Starbucks will take notice of this store for a cleanup. This is the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever visited. Every table, both inside and on the patio, was dirty and had not been wiped down. The entire bathroom needs an update; the fan was broken and extremely loud, and the faucet turned off so quickly that rinsing hands properly was difficult. The music was excessively loud, and the chairs made a lot of noise when moved, prompting me to move to an outside table. To top it off, the food was only lukewarm, not hot as is usual for Starbucks.

Music Too Loud, Orders Messed Up
My experience at this restaurant was marred by several issues. The music is consistently too loud, forcing us to shout to order. This might explain the frequent complaints about messed up orders, as they often repeat our orders back with uncertainty. The choice of music playlist is questionable, and I'd prefer a quieter atmosphere to converse with my company. The noise level is further amplified by the blenders, drowning out conversations with the crappy music.

Disappointing Drinks and Service
My experience at this restaurant quickly went from 5 stars to 1. I ordered a caramel macchiato and a matcha green tea latte. Unfortunately, both drinks lacked sugar, and the macchiato was missing its caramel flavoring, despite my request for extra. Both were bland, a fact I discovered after leaving. Adding to the disappointment, when I asked for two sleeves, the short-haired employee provided one used sleeve along with a new one. This same employee made my drinks. In previous visits, I've also found the drinks to be bland but never mentioned it. My experiences at other Starbucks locations have been positive, suggesting this particular location suffers from either laziness or poor staff performance at night.
