I visit the Strat 4-6 times a year, and every single visit, I'm disappointed by the McDonald's here. The service is incredibly slow, and my orders are consistently wrong. The fries are often undercooked and excessively salted. If you rely on the fountain drinks, be prepared for them to be incorrect unless you fill them yourself, and even then, the syrup is often empty. Trying to order a simple cheeseburger with no pickle is a challenge; it will still come with pickles. More than half the time, the buns are hard and not fresh. You're forced to use the kiosk, as you won't be served by an employee. Don't even consider ordering ice cream or a McFlurry, as they come out plain vanilla. This place is a joke, only existing because it benefits the Strat financially. Half the menu is marked as out of stock, even for basic items. I strongly advise avoiding this location at all costs. Carl's Jr. is just across the street, with other options a couple of blocks away. There's absolutely no delivery from this location; don't trust the app, as they won't deliver to your room.

I asked for delivering my Big Mac to Europe and they hung up. What a bad service. Fuck you Lila.

The place was full of street people. I went once and never again. I passed by walking and saw them inside, what a shame. This was not only at McDonald's but at several points in Las Vegas.

My experience at this restaurant was surprisingly positive. The place is well run, and the staff clearly take pride in their work. It's probably the best McDonald's I've been to.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I ordered the QUARTER POUND BURGER, and it was incredibly GREASY. Due to this experience and the REALLY BAD SERVICE! , I can confidently say I will NEVER GO BACK to this place again.

On a busy Saturday night, which technically turned into Sunday at 1: 45 am, I ordered three small sandwiches, fries, and four gold sauces via the app. The food was ready in 20 minutes. Initially, the quality of the food was fine, with the chicken tasting freshly made. However, some employees failed to pay attention to the order. The sauces were not included in the bag, requiring me to return to the counter. An employee initially put only one gold sauce in the bag and walked away, necessitating a wait for another employee to provide the remaining sauces. Later, on Sunday night, with only a couple of people waiting for orders, my food was made quickly, but the quality was bad. The Hot 'n Spicy patty was stale, and the Deluxe Quarter Pounder was disappointing due to insufficient lettuce and tomato, excessive onions and mayo, and missing ketchup and mustard. The service was inconsistent, with initial quick preparation but later issues with order accuracy and attention from staff.

If you want to sober up after a party night, this is the perfect place, because the waiting time for 2 burgers will sober you up on its own. Even though the queue wasn't too long, we waited 45 minutes for 2 burgers without fries or sides. Wow, that the place is still open is a masterpiece of survival.

My friends and I found the experience super convenient because the McDonald's is located inside the hotel. It's also open 24/7, which makes life super easy as we don't have to go out to find food. The service was easy and fast.
