One Employee, No Tea, Disappointing Visit
My experience at this Subway was quite disappointing. Upon entering, I noticed there was only one employee working, which led to a significant wait time just to place my order. I was also surprised to find that despite a machine being present, they did not serve tea, which is something I enjoy and was told all Subways should offer. I'm growing tired of this inconsistency and the perceived laziness. I'm unsure if I will return to this particular Subway.

Horrible Bread and Unreachable Service
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. I ordered a Spicy Italian on white bread, but the staff initially seemed confused, stating they didn't have spicy bread. After some clarification and pointing to the menu, they understood. While the staff member was friendly otherwise, the bread I received was very hard and obviously not fresh. It was so stale that it should have been noticed during preparation. I attempted to contact the location four times to resolve the issue by getting a replacement, but the calls went unanswered, continuously ringing until they disconnected. It's difficult for customers to address problems when there's no way to reach the establishment.

Unacceptable Wait and Order Issues
I placed my order 3 hours in advance and arrived 5 minutes late, only to find that my order hadn't even been started. With only 10 minutes to pick up my lunch and return to work, I couldn't wait. I stood there for 10 minutes, putting them 15 minutes behind schedule. I asked them to cancel my order, and was told it would take a few more minutes to process. This is not acceptable. I am disputing the charge with my bank.

Rude Staff Ruined the Experience
My husband went into the restaurant, and I could hear over the phone how rude the ladies were to him. He ended up just getting my sandwich and leaving because he didn’t want to deal with their attitudes. I have seen other reviews stating the same thing; something needs to be done, and they need to be retrained or moved. Their attitude was disgusting to hear.

Slow Service and Uninformed Staff
My experience at this Subway location was disappointing due to the consistently slow service. It takes forever to get your order. Additionally, the employees seem to lack knowledge about the sandwiches, as they frequently have to consult the menu while preparing orders. This location needs significant improvement.

Terrible Service During Lunch Rush
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative due to the service. Two older ladies were yelling at customers and were rude during the lunch rush. I believe these staff members need to be addressed and trained on how to provide good customer service.

Delicious sandwiches and great service!
I used to have lunch here at least once a week, and the sandwiches are delicious. The service is very good as well.

Misleading Promotion at Subway
I visited this Subway location last Thursday, excited to try the Meal of the Day special. However, the staff member told me the offer was not valid, even though it was clearly displayed on the screen. When I pointed it out and read it aloud, she responded dismissively, saying, “Other people see that too, but it is not what you think. If you want chips and a drink, you have to add $3. ” I ended up purchasing a sandwich I would not have chosen had I known the promotion was not being honored. The experience felt misleading. To confirm, I visited another Subway today and was able to redeem the Meal of the Day offer without issue. This seems to be a problem specific to this location.

Rude Service, Clean Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the store itself is very clean and the atmosphere is good, the service was not up to par. I asked for more olives on my sandwich, and was initially given only three. When I politely requested more, I was told they were running out and given three more. The lady serving me was very rude from the beginning, which made me decide not to pursue the complaint further. Given the poor service from the two employees I interacted with, I will most likely not be returning.

Mixed Experience with Service Issues
The place looks nice and has been renovated. I've visited a couple of times but haven't really enjoyed my experience. On one occasion, I asked for a specific bread, and the server told me they didn't have any. However, I could clearly see they had the bread I wanted. When I inquired further, I felt a bit of an attitude from the server, so I just ordered something else. It seemed the bread was reserved for future mobile orders rather than in-store customers. While I received my food, that interaction was disappointing. Additionally, during other visits, some servers have been more engrossed in talking and gossiping with visiting friends than attending to customers. Despite these service issues, the food itself has been good.
