Great Food and Service, Hidden Gem!
I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The food was great, and the employees were nice. I love how it’s tucked away in the back corner of the shopping center. I will definitely come back!

Service Issues Mar an Otherwise Decent Bar
My experience at this bar was mixed. While the food was decent (rated 3/3), the service was a significant letdown. The bartender, a tall white guy who usually works there, was consistently in a bad/crabby mood and did not provide good service. If not for this issue, it would have been an okay/decent bar.

Unacknowledged and Unwelcomed
My experience at the restaurant was extremely negative. I was there for approximately 15 minutes, and during that time, no one acknowledged that we were even in the building. Because of this lack of attention, we left and I won't be back.

Great Spot for Beer and Pizza
My experience at this restaurant was quite pleasant. Located on the backside corner of the Charleston shopping center, the entry through double freezer doors was a cool and unique touch. There's plenty of space to sit and lounge, making it a comfortable spot. The service was fast, and the bartender was attentive, maintaining good contact with customers and being pleasant to talk with. I tried the mushroom pizza, which was savory and filling, perfect as a snack. It was a perfect match with the draft beers we tried. While the peanut butter beer was a bit sweet, the peanut butter flavor was definitely noticeable. Overall, it's a good spot to enjoy a game, converse, and drink beer. I recommend checking it out.

Poor Service, Unpleasant Atmosphere
My boyfriend and I visited at 4 pm on a Saturday when it wasn't very busy. We were greeted upon arrival, but then experienced a 15-20 minute wait for any service after being seated. Despite seeing at least three staff members standing around, some working and others texting and joking, no one approached our table. We felt observed by both staff and patrons, which was a bit strange, but ultimately, no one engaged with us, leading us to leave. It's unclear if we were unwelcome, but I advise others not to waste their time. The atmosphere was also way smokier than expected. I'd recommend checking out The Bar @ The Trails instead. ✌🏼

Unacknowledged and Racist Vibes
As a local who rarely gives poor ratings, my experience at this bar/restaurant was disappointing. Arriving at 4 pm on a Saturday, the establishment was fairly empty with two bartenders and two waiters. Despite making eye contact, my girlfriend and I were ignored for 20 minutes. We felt we received a lot of stares, and I suspect it might have been due to us being an interracial couple, as I'm not one to usually "pull that card. " The atmosphere was also impossibly smoky. I quietly left and would recommend going to "the bar" establishments instead.

Hostile Bartender and Poor Service
My experience at this establishment was incredibly negative due to the hostile bartender, DD. Despite no apparent reason, DD was unwelcoming, making us move spots while gambling and closing us out without being asked. They then proceeded to ignore us. When we tried to order another drink, the mixed drink served was flat. The bartender claimed they assumed we left, yet simultaneously stated we were "too loud and made other guests leave. " This was a horrible experience, and I will actively discourage others from visiting.

Excellent Management and Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly positive. The management was great, and the evening staff on 7/26/24 handled a situation with an over-served patron quickly and politely. They even bought me a beer for the inconvenience. I appreciated them maintaining a positive atmosphere. I'm glad I found this place and recommend you check it out.

Amazing Food, Terrible Gambling Losses
I absolutely love the food and the service here, with both receiving a perfect 5/5 rating. The atmosphere is also quite good, rated at 3/5. However, I must warn potential visitors about the gambling aspect. While I understand it's a 'gamble, ' experiencing four consecutive losses of $150+ is quite redundant and frustrating. If you're looking for an amazing dining experience, this place delivers, but be prepared for significant losses if you choose to play.
