My experience at the restaurant was primarily focused on using the restroom. Upon entering, I observed that the cashier was also using the bathroom. After finishing, the cashier departed without washing their hands. This occurred at 9: 54 a. M. On November 10, 2025.

My experience at Wawa was marred by the rudest and most nasty person I've ever dealt with, named Carla. It's a shame Wawa has lost all customer service skills. Carla should not work any customer service position.

This Wawa is usually great—always clean and well-maintained. I come here often for snacks or smoothies and have never had any issues. However, today was disappointing. I ordered a breakfast bowl and French toast, but the portion was much smaller than expected and not like the photo, and the French toast was hard as a rock. I was not satisfied at all, the portion was small and I didn’t get to eat no French toast. I was surprised since this location is normally reliable.

My experience at this restaurant was quite frustrating. I'm tired of having to rewrap everything I receive. It seems the staff needs training on how to make a proper wrap. The food quality was rated a 1, service a 2, and atmosphere a 2.

My experience at the restaurant was a mixed bag. The food was served fast and tasty, which was great. However, the coffee was lukewarm, seemingly because it was the end of the pot. I chose not to mention this at the time and left the establishment.

My experience at this restaurant was horrible overall. I ordered a shake and it took 15 minutes to arrive. To make matters worse, they didn't even offer a refund or get the order right. The workers were terrible, especially the manager. The worst part is that they managed to get every other order correct.

I’m talking about Wawa in general because I use their gas. They have the best service. I usually stop at the one on East Colonial, but I don’t think it’s this specific one. It’s the other one, but they were closed for renovation. The store looks really, really good. During that time, I was gassing up somewhere else. I don’t know if anyone else has experienced this, but the other gas lasts longer than the gas I get from Wawa, no matter which Wawa I visit. I don’t know; I’ve tried it so many times. I even gassed up two days ago, and it’s the same thing: the gas does not last. I get better mileage at other gas stations. However, the inside is really clean, super nice, and looks really nice. Everybody is happy and smiling; it’s just the gas.

My experience was largely positive, primarily due to the exceptional service provided by Supervisor Veronica. Although my order was initially messed up, she made everything correct with no argument. Her service is impeccable, and because of her, I can definitely recommend this Wawa to anyone and everyone in the area.

I usually enjoy stopping at Wawa for a quick breakfast, but today’s bagel was honestly a letdown. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and received a soggy, glossy mess. It looked like it was microwaved for too long or had an excessive amount of cream cheese, which leaked out and soaked the bagel. My experience with the food was disappointing.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I ordered what turned out to be the worst sub I have ever bought. It was evident that the quality of their food is not a priority, as the roll was stale and the meat was barely inside the sandwich. While they may be cheap, even at $6, this sub was totally inedible and not worth the cost. I felt the food quality was extremely poor.
