Disappointing Burger, Hope for Original Location
I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a very long time, and I am so disappointed with the burger I received. It was the driest burger I have ever had, making it even hard to chew. While I don't mind paying $20+ for a great meal, this was not worth it at all.
Perhaps the new location on Carnegie is to blame, although quality should be consistent. I may try the original location because I refuse to believe every video review on social media was lying.

I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and while it was pretty good, I wouldn't order it again because it was way overpriced for the size.
I was shown in the photo that it cost $28. However, I would go back because they have many cheaper options that sound good. There's a very cool Middle Eastern market attached to the place selling all kinds of interesting Eastern European/Middle Eastern food.
The area might not be the best, but it's close enough to the Cleveland Clinic that it shouldn't be a problem stopping by.

It's absolutely delicious every single time. I even have a special order I call BIG C, which is a beef chopped cheese with extra beef. The pricing is really good, and the taste is a perfect 10 out of 10.
While they offer many other tasty items on the menu, for me, it's all about the burgers and the chopped cheese, especially my BIG C. Their kabab plate is also super tasty, and don't even get me started on their sauce – holy moly! I just love their food; it is really that good.
