My experience at this restaurant is always a treat. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which is a refreshing change from the norm. Customer service is clearly their main goal. The food is consistently hot, crispy, and generously portioned, with the meat spread perfectly over the entire bun. They truly aim to give you a lunch to write about, and it's always delicious. They even went the extra mile by giving me an extra pickle! I visit every 3 to 4 months, and this is my go-to indulgence.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to an incomplete order. I ordered two NY Steamers "fully involved, " which should have included lettuce, tomato, onion, and other toppings. However, upon getting home, I discovered that the sandwiches only contained corned beef and were missing the pastrami as well. This oversight significantly detracted from the meal. Consequently, I will not be returning to this particular location.

' When I pointed this out, she responded dismissively, stating she didn't have to say anything, and then told me not to come back in front of all the other customers. I honestly can say that I hardly eat out. But each time I decide to come here, I haven't had a bad experience. Nor have I had a bad sub. I just wish they would sell the bbq sauces like they used to before covid 😔. But still, I can't blame them.

I encountered young individuals, around 14 years old, answering the phone who had difficulty understanding English. When I questioned them, they hung up on me. I strongly advise others to stay away and not waste their time. Buyer beware.

She was the nicest person I've interacted with in a very long time. Becca went above and beyond by numbering the boxes for different people and even wrote information on the bags when I seemed confused. She is an all-around pleasant, helpful person, demonstrating innate kindness rather than forced customer service. Thank you for a great experience.
